Spectrum continued to charge us $30.98 a month for a DVR that was returned ten months prior. When asked for reimbursement, we were told they could only go back as far as two months, no further. The difference is $247.84. They have no record of when we actually returned the dvr, even though they took our name, address, and the number off the box to be ABLE to return it. I mean, we needed proof that it was actually our box. Not a stolen one, we were trying to give back. It's now ultimately our fault because we didn't get a receipt at the time of return. Shame on you Spectrum, $208 a month for service and this is how you treat your long time customers.

It's ironic that there is no phone line for this walk-in store. Otherwise, people were helpful. I conveyed the issues I was having with their service and walked out with the new equipment. A little tricky installation at home. But overall, excellent service.

They attempted to charge me extra money $50.00 and refused to move my service. I called customer service and they added the extra 20.00 moving fee on my bill to pay later. Any issues just call customer service!

Customer service was okay. Started a new account and found prices high. Didn't save that much from having 3 boxes to 2 boxes. Internet and tv prices went up. They told me they were going to give me the equipment and I had to install it myself otherwise I was going to be charged $50 if a Technician came to my house. I agreed to do the installation myself and just found out through the app that there is going to be a charge of $20 for installation on my first bill....I wasn't told that part ......?????
