Was interested in upgrading my phone and they turned my interest in to doing Alan and Bryan were phenomenal brand new phone and accessories and even saved me some money on my bill if you are looking to upgrade or just see options do homework on phones those are the guys to go see

Just went in to return a internet for the house .walked in the guy was on the phone and then said he can't take it because I don't have the receipt . I was told I can return to any store and he said we are not a corporate store . people are so lazy and don't wanna do their job this store sucks and the employees are so lazy just there for a paycheck the one in the mall is better .never go there

After being miss treated at the T-Mobile store in the Poughkeepsie galleria, I came to the store for help. Matt the person who took care of me couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. He helped me through every step of upgrading my phone without an issue. I highly recommend the store. People are wonderful. Matt if you read this thank you for your service.

Genuinely amazing service. Polite, professional, and painless. Bryan and team are great, I usually have a horrible time dealing with cell companies, this was opposite. Highly reccomend switching over here.

The manager at this location, Matt, is incredibly helpful. I came in yesterday 2/24, because the back of my phone was shattered, expecting to have to ship it in. However, Matt explained to me a quicker solution through my insurance. He explained the T-Mobile insurance worked with AppleCare, and I got my phone fixed that day. However, when I received my phone back from Apple, they didn't reactivate the service, and I sadly went to a different T-Mobile, and they took two hours to not activate my phone, and then proceeded to ask me to leave when they couldn't figure it out. I came this morning to Matt and he figured it out and less than 10 minutes.This is the T-mobile i will be going to from now on, they are the best!

This store works as a team & I always feel well taken care of , especially Gentry she is highly educated on all of the merchandises and very helpful with choosing what is a better route to take with the mobile service world .

I recently was gifted a new phone! I have Sprint and came into the T-Mobile store in front of the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall. This is one of the best T-Mobile stores in the area to me and everyone is so helpful. My favorite person to see when I stop by is Alan as he has always been very helpful. He's confident in the information he's providing, multitasks great, and is overall a joy to work with. The store scenery is always clean and inviting. I recommend this store for getting any new devices as they have always had what I wanted in stock.

Gentry was wonderful!!! Such a great help. Had issues with my my phone. Called tech support on phone and after an hour my phone still had same problems. Went into store an within 5 min with gentry my phone was workin perfect!! Also my wife had issues with her cell service and after a min of gentry messing with it she had full bars!! If you have cell problems she’s the one to see.

Pleased to see everyone else had a nice experience here while my family and I did not:We went in this Saturday (March 26th 2022) and we were switching from AT&T to T mobile because of the supposed better service coverage.So we walk in and first problem there is only one person working, the man was with a customer for 10 or so minutes he didn't at the very least aknowledge we were there, greet us or let us know he'd be right with us nothing. Instead we stood there for 10 mins waiting, he finally walks over the family member who's the account owner explains to him we're switching from AT&T to T-Mobile and he's not thrilled at all you could tell by his Demeanor he did not want to help us at all, so he proceeds to tell us he needs a PIN number for all of our phone numbers he doesn't offer to let us use their phone to call customer service doesn't let us do it in the store nope guess what he tells 4 AT&T customers to do?GO ACROSS THE street AT&T and get the pins for each phone and then come back. Safe to say we did not go back and will not go back. He sent away 4 paying customers had he just been willing to help.
