This place is not that busy and yet--these folks do the absolute bare minimum. I returned an Amazon package, no problem--but that's all they're good for. I noticed that they ship from there so I also dropped off 2 USPS packages--prepaid, priority mail. It's been over 24 hours and the packages are still not tracking. If you need something sent urgently don't use Staples. They clearly don't make sure your packages get scanned. Not good.

It was like a ghost town. I went to return a purchase I made through Amazon and did a little browsing. John at the cash register was very helpful and friendly. A few good sales made the trip worthwhile. I encourage people to shop in person locally as much as they can, even at the big name stores because local people need the work also.

Worst experience. Arrived with 20 minutes and asked for help and was directed to read the instructions myself. ok. Asked for a bathroom and was told it was out of order. Tried to send a fax which I was charged for and the machine froze because it was jammed. The transaction was charged so I asked for help. I was told it's 6:03 we are closed. If someone had helped when I first asked this would not be an issue but the staff was very concerned with leaving, hence no bathroom and no help. I would not come here again, ever. I've never felt like such a bother or felt lied to about the bathroom by a legitimate business. The worker said you won't get charged since it didn't go through. I guess I'll have to see.

I placed an online order to purchase an item we needed in our company office and was told the item would be ready in an hour to be picked up. My boss told me we needed it NOW so I arrived a half hour early because what I am going to do, tell the guy who pays me to kick rocks? The order had not been picked yet and that was no big deal to me, I know I arrived early so I wasn't going to be rude. I reapeatedly said, take your time. I also know that I'm on the clock and will still be getting paid to wait so again, please...take your time. When I tell them the name on the order the employees originally tell me they can't find the order. Then finally they find the order proceed to pick the ONE item I ordered, slammed cabinets, and lectured me on how when it says to come in one hour, it means ONE HOUR. I'm sorry I came in 30 minutes early! I could have been 35 minutes early but I spent 5 minutes cleaning the cob webs in the doorway because we all know big box office stores are dying. There was not another customer in sight. When I walked in I thought the store was closed because I didn't see any customers! I guess I'm writing this to apologize. I should have never came early and interrupt the employees from sweeping the roof. I guess I have no choice but to give my business back to Walmart. I would continue writing this but I have to get back to work and lecture some of my customers who give me business.

Wasted $20 on a protection plan.My product broke within a month and when I tried to make a claim there was nobody available. Tried using the website, chat service, called numerous times.. just get stuck on hold for hours and the website isn’t working.

Went onsite to check out office chairs with the goal of ordering online. Paul was very helpful in answering all of our questions and his knowledge was very good ! We ended up purchasing on site with no need for any aditional steps.

I was in desperate need of some printing and Staples has printers you can send documents to from your email and print out which is exactly what I needed. While I was there I was going to pick up some office supplies but their prices are outrageous! $3 for a spiral notebook, $2 for a ball point pen, even a simple folder was expensive. I really don't know how they remain in business with the prices they charge. The employees sit by the register and ask you if you need help as you're exiting the store - not very proactive. Thankfully I was savvy enough to figure out the directions for printing from the directions given on the printer. Next time I'll just go to the library. It's cheaper @ the staff is much more helpful.

The wide variety of office supplies and equipment is great. Staff is very helpful. Too bad there's no print to electronic conversion. National service fills in any gaps very well.

Staples closes at 8pm now if you’re gonna change your hours update it atleast, I wasted my gas and my miles just to come here.
