I went into the store to upgrade my phone. Right from the start, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the employees there. The lady scanned my license didn't even ask for my phone number and then told me in order to update my phone. I would have to give them a $400 deposit. I have excellent service record with T-Mobile and I was very upset I left saying I was going to cancel my T-Mobile account when I walked into the mall. I decided to call T-Mobile. They advised me that I had a zero down payment for a new phone, with T-Mobile still on the phone I went back into the store to advise them of what T-Mobile said. I was met, with even more reluctance and after wasting 45 minutes of my time, I was told their system was crashing and they couldn't give me a phone. I was told I need to go to the T-Mobile store on route nine. I will never go into the store in the mall again I caution everyone.

I enjoy the customer service provided at this location. They acknowledge you from the time you walk through the door. That means they really care about your business.

I was going to spend over$1000.00 on new phone but the sales girl was more interested in her fried chicken than waiting on me. Sticking with METROPCS & buying the phone from them

T-Mobile phones have been great for us. T-Mobile Internet? Abysmal. 2 days connected - our connection went down twice - disconnected all TV, pcs, tablets AND phones. I work from home - this is disastrous. Don't do it!

My phone wasn't charging and Allen helped me upgrade. He was able to save important voicemail. This store is the best. Very professional and friendly.

I would say to go to the T-mobile down the street instead of this one, but honestly T-mobile has gone completely downhill. This store in particular. Everyone in the store was unprofessional. They cursed, no one wanted to helped, denied what they can do in store (compared to customer service over the phone), and almost overcharged me. So yeah I don't recommend this location or T-mobile at all.

Spectacular service. CeCe the associate spent much time with me to discover the best phone for my use. Manager came along during transaction and searched for promotional values. He found a $500 Samsung phone for me that would have a net cost of $100. Best experience that I had this year in any retail store. This store is Inside the Galleria, not the one on route 9.

My SIM card in my BlackBerry KeyONE was malfunctioning with a notification that "SIM card not inserted". I'd reboot and the issue was resolved for about a day, when the error message popped up again. I went to visit the T-Mobile store in the Poughkeepsie Galleria where Eugene was able to determine what was causing the problem, and successfully resolved the issue. Much respect to Eugene and the T-Mobile team at the Galleria.

These people have no Idea what they are doing. Do not go here, they will mess up your account. New manager every month. I pay extra for two phones that shouldn’t even be on my line anymore and when I call to fix it they just tell me the manager is on a conference call. I’ve been trying to fix this problem that they made for eight months. They literally don’t even answer the phone. I hate t mobile especially this store please go somewhere more professional. I would give no stars if i could

I dislike writing negative reviews, but the point of this one is to prevent future customers from having the easily avoidable experience that I had when turning in my iPhone. The staff here is friendly and helpful enough. I just wish someone had been honest with me that this store was one of the former Sprint stores before they merged and that Sprint policies are different from T-Mobile's so they were uninformed. That fact alone would have prevented me an hour of frustration. I wanted to turn in my old iPhone for a new one. They insisted that they couldn't do this for me, that I'd have to pay full price and then need to call TMobile and get them to send me free and easy packaging so that I could drop it back off to this very store and they'd send it in for me. This sounded weird, but I didn't argue and when I got out of there with my new phone, I placed a call to T Mobile who had no idea what I was talking about. No, I'd have to figure out the packaging and mailing myself if I didn't do it at the store ("and of course you should be able to just hand it in at the store.") And maybe I'd get that credit of hundreds of dollars that they had been advertising for the past week. I am allergic to mailing anything, so I called the store to say WTF (no Fs were actually uttered) and they insisted that I should be able to get packaging and just drop it back off to them. I called T Mobile back, pretty annoyed that I was wasting yet more time and finally reached someone who was informed enough to realize that this store had been a Sprint store and likely inherited their employees and that yes, Sprint's policy had been exactly as they had described but now no longer in place. Yes, I could mail my phone in, with my own packaging and my own waste of time on a post office line. The T-Mobile employee told me to go to the Fishkill store and they'd take care of me. What I'm annoyed about is that no less than two employees here at this very store, one of whom was a manager, gaslighted me for like 10 minutes. I really felt like I was going nuts. Shouldn't they be aware by now of T-Mobile's actually policies being that... they ARE T-Mobile and no longer Sprint? My advice: if you wish to turn in a phone, avoid this store and go to the one in Fishkill.
