I got a facial piercing around a month and a half ago and have had friends get facial piercings here as well. The prices are fair for facial piercings at $40 (although I was surprised lobe ear piercings were 80 for a set), and the guy is very good at explaining his reasonings behind his less conventional practices. My complaint comes from the placement of my piercing. I got a lip piercing and the way the piercing was placed is a little too shallow into my lip, making it so that the hoop juts out awkwardly, whereas it should be flush to my lip. Also, after downsizing slightly early, my piercing began to form a bumped scar tissue, which I feel could have been avoided if not for the way it was wrestled with. This aspect of my piercing I can acknowledge could be due to a plethora of things, but I thought it was worth mentioning. I’m bummed because I think I’m going to have to take out the piercing and change the placement of it.

I asked the artist for advice on throw and needle sizes and he proceeded to inform me that he doesn’t give out “free advice” and I’ll “never be a good tattoo artist because I didn’t go through a traditional apprenticeship” then he tells me how I’m the fourth person that day to ask him for an apprenticeship(I simply asked for advice on needle sizes and throw…) $635 for the odd stone or mirror tattoo(I don’t even know what it is honestly) and $550 for the spider tattoo
Adding this months later(even after his very unprofessional response): I also received piercings from Devin, most importantly the store and procedure was clean! However I received two intimate body piercings now that I have gone to a different professional for their opinion I found out Devin has pierced me with the wrong size and failed to inform me about gauge sizes. He failed to inform me that he didn't have the proper size jewelry for the procedure but continued to take my money and go through with it the same day.. typically the smallest size for the piercing I received should be a 14mm DEVIN GAVE ME A 17MM IN ONE SIDE AND AN 18 MM IN THE OTHER! If you are not educated in this field this artist may attempt to take advantage of that. Because that is exactly what he did to me and I'm putting this out there so no one else has to go through the experience :(

Mr. Devin is thee goat i did a foward helix and VHP? Lol yeah and I didn't feel anything....I do recommend using bactine after using dial soap...salt water and or alcohol is a NO NO but to each is own.

I went here 3 years ago for my tragus piercing, he educated me so well on my piercing, and wasn’t harsh with it or anything and it went very smooth, I came back today for another piercing and again he was so well informed, educated me on what kind of piercings I can have based on my ear shape, etc, very gentle with the piercing itself, and was super fast and well done. Honestly only coming here for piercings

Dude, the shop is so clean, it smells like a dentist's office. Devin was considerate and professional. I couldnt have picked a better spot for a first tattoo. When i get an itch for another, you bet im going here. Voodoo baby! Maybe it is my Louisiana blood!!!!

I had the greatest experience with Devin at Tattoo Voodoo! I have a large piece that needs to be reworked, and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Devin took the time to explain what he visioned prior to working on it and brought it to life even greater than envisioned. A light hand made it even better! And the space itself is immaculate. I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait for another session.
