How many times must i be inconvenienced by the ATM machine being out of service. This location placed a new machine at their Poughkeepsie branch and there isn’t another TD bank around the corner. And when i asked when will it be fixed the bank teller tells me it won’t be fixed and they will put in a ticket to have it checked. Absolutely an inconvenience and this should not be a regular occurrence but it is. In a matter of three weeks this has happened three times. TD Bank in Poughkeepsie , do better

Reading the reviews this is no longer shocking. I guess I should've read them before going into this branch.
I had an appointment today 09/26/2024 at 1:30. So I arrive there five minutes early and I walk up to the counter after being called and ask for the person who's name was listed on my appointment only to be told that they had just walked out for lunch. I explain that I had an appointment and that I don't mind talking to someone else. The lady points to her associate who is standing by her and says "This's our other representative she will be with you after she finishes with these ladies" Everything is not such a big deal so far only weird to why the person I am supposed to meet with would go on lunch when she's scheduled for an appointment.
I sit down and as I am waiting the "other representative" finishes helping the individuals she was helping proceeds to talking to the lady that talked to me, looks at me and continues her chat. THEN another person walks in and she proceeds to helping HIM.
The representative that I am supposed to meet with "Genesis" returns from her lunch run. sits down brows her computer then looks at me as I am just starring now and asks if I needs help.
Like yes actually you were supposed to have been helping me 20 minutes ago.
No acknowledgment of the wait or that she forgot that she had an appointment no apologies from neither of the three women working there. The customer service industry has really became a joke.

Terrible service . Kate Farmar was very unprofessional . Following with my complaint I was mailed a letter by a Mr Dwight Gillins stating he was "intrested and wanted to help find a resolution , please contact " I have contacted and left voice messaged twice still no answer or correspondence. Overall this branch is unprofessional and incompetent I suggest to those looking to have a buisness account to open one else where save yourself the head ache and trouble.

This bank is awful. I have been acustomer since 2002. I needed documents notarized, so I called and made sure they had a notary. I told them I would be there in 15 minutes. Never once did she say she would log me in for an appointment. I got to the bank and told them what I needed. The manager then said the wait would be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. He then said I should go to the credit union down the block being they have a notary. I said being i was a customer I would wait and took a seat. He never asked what I needed notarized. They then logged me in. I waited 30 minutes and was then called. When I told the woman what I needed notarized she said TD does not notarize for real estate. I left and had to drive to a UPS Store 5 miles away to get it notarized.I think when my real estate transaction is done, none of that money is staying at TD. Also, I think it's time to change banks. TD is nothing like it use to be.

Horrible. When depositing money into the ATM think twice. I have experienced depositing money, receiving my reciept for the deposit and the money posted to my account was incorrect. I don't know if they are trying to steal customers money or what, but it's disappointing and disgusting.

I just reopen td bank again this passed Tuesday and i tried logging back into my accout yesterdat and i could go through so i tried calling the td customer service and explained to them that my account has been restricted so they said there's nuthin else they could do i even went to td bank branch and try talking to them bout my account has been restricted and i tried taking out money but the guys said he could"ntdo it so i don't know how long my account will stay restricted for.

Took the clerk 4-1/2 hours to open two Business Checking Accounts and One Business Savings Account and one business credit card. If it wasn't for the decent interest rates one these accounts I would have been out of there after the first two hours!
