Today 9/12/24 I had the pleasure of coming to your poughkeepsie branch and dealing with Alina. I was in a panic fearing the worst that my account had been frozen when attempts to pay a bill after a direct deposit of my paycheck finding the card was denied. Alina dealt with me with patience, professionalism, kindness and understanding. Making a gut wrenching situation as easy and pleasant as possible. Not only did she perform excellent customer service, she also reset the tone of my entire day.In that moment I found myself reflecting back on the hundreds of transactions I've completed thru her and came to the realization that she has always performed in the same manner. Ulster saving should be delighted at two facts in this situation
1) That your institution is lucky enough in this day and age to have such a person in their employ
2) That I don't have my own business, because I would pay her whatever she wants to come work for me.
Thankfully for you guys I am a civil servant and in no need for employees.
Please do everything in your power to keep her at your institution, she is by far the best at what she does that I have ever seen in my 48 years.

Most of the staff are very friendly, they are always willing to help you, I have never had problems making my payments and giving you all the information you need. Especially Miss María Vera Quintana is very kind.

The ladies here are always so welcoming and friendly! I’ve used the “big banks” before and you don’t get the type of personal service like you do here. And particularly this branch. Kathy, Tina, Alina and the girls are always so wonderful!!!

I have been a member since 2012 and over these past 10+ years. I have always been treated with great service and the people are wonderful. Today Kathy helped me with a serious bill pay issue and got it straightened out within an hour of my time. I love this bank and highly recommend them because of their dedication to their members and great service.
