I purchased two phones from this store, and I was told my total monthly payment would be $165. However, at the beginning of the month, I received a bill for $58, which I paid. Now, they have sent me another bill for $322! When I went back to the store to clarify the situation, the staff were extremely rude and completely unhelpful. I asked to speak with a manager, but they refused to let me. This whole experience has been a huge disappointment. It feels like they are deliberately misleading customers. I do not recommend this store to anyone!

I went here to trade in my phone and get a new one and set up my account. I was here for hours and the staff was so nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend coming here I had an amazing experience

Theo is so knowledgeable. He listened to what I needed and delivered for my business. He accommodated all my changes. He addressed my billing questions and looked into everything for me. He's such a great asset.

The staff at this Verizon store was very helpful. A while back I was having problems with my Boost Mobile service where I couldn’t sent or receive phone calls, and had zero internet access. Boost couldn’t help me out, or give me a reason as to why this was happening. So, frustrated with Boost’s ineptitude, I headed to the South Road Verizon store. My guy Anthony was able to issue me a temporary backup number through Verizon and I was eventually able to switch over fully to Verizon when the Boost issue on my phone went away. It matters a LOT when you have a phone carrier that can give you professional service and assistance instead of sending you out of your store with no working phone and an apology like these cheaper carriers. Thanks again, Anthony and the Verizon team. 👍🏼

The in store customer service representative was of zero help. He gave me incorrect information and then turned me away telling me to call the customer service phone number instead. The guy was clueless.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews anywhere but for what it’s worth: I came into this store wanting to set up a plan with Verizon and was bummed by the lack of customer service and overall tone (felt as if I was bothering employees). I left within a few minutes and went to T-Mobile where they were incredibly helpful — I’m really pleased with the service and my new device.

The store was no help, and neither was the toll-free number. I've been a Verizon Wireless customer for 28 years and no issues up until now. I have a business plan with 6 lines and pay $49 per month for Total Device Protection which advertises same day delivery on a replacement device (new or refurbished). My Google Pixel 8 screen was bad so the store had me call Verizon as they couldn't do anything. After 30+ minutes in a chat, they send me a replacement. I get it 2 days later (not same day or next day) and it's the wrong model Google Pixel (128GB and not 256GB which is what I have). Onto Chat #2 and after 45 minutes they are sending me another phone overnight they claim. 3 days later and no phone still so now I call and start a chat #3. Over 45 minutes and they tell me they don't have a Google Pixel 8 256GB phone in stock and if I want a different phone and I say No? I want what I have now! Fast forward a few minutes and now they have one in stock! I'm guessing they had no refurbished models in stock and are sending me a new phone which they desperately tried to avoid it seems. A day later and no phone still. They overnighted it via UPS but there is a delay on UPS' end. Total Device Protection is a SHAM. Now thinking of switching to another carrier after 28 years.
Update: more than a week after filling out the suggested complaint form, I’ve have not received call from Verizon. Looks like I’ll be visiting other carriers to switch all six of my business lines.

we went in to get mom a new tablet. Found one and it didn't take too long to get it set it up and pay. Very friendly staff.

The wait time is ridiculously long. I came to only return one item and have waited until “someone gets freed up”, when the Manager is available!! Instead of the Manager trying to assist to get the wait time down, he’s busy checking people in. The same time he took to check me in is the same time he could’ve used to return my one item!

Let's just say that after visiting this store for so many years and never had an issue until this crew refused to accommodate me. What they stated couldn't be done, Fish kill branch had no trouble doing. Hats off to the idiots that work at this store. I will never go there again.

Brought in my new table.they could not get it to work, not really helpful. Basically told me to call the customer help line. Really sad. I spent 1 hour there and then when I got home 2 hours on the phone. Finally the lady on the phone fixed the problem the men in the store could really care less.

Verizon is horrible. The service is terrible. The phone qualities are terrible and the employees are lazy and don’t try to help you with anything. I will definitely be switching to AT&T soon.

Regarding Military discount for FIOS........This was very disappointing ,the fact that the website does not list any restrictions in writing on the site - I feel like I was mis lead on several accounts - (1 )the the first operator that I spoke with did not mention anything about restrictions when she emailed me the link to receive a military discount ( 2 ) the site dos not list the restrictions other than saying restrictions apply ???????? Discounts only apply to eligible customers who order a qualifying Verizon service online at verizon.com/dealsatwork- that's all it says - so ,what are those restriction's ??????????????????????
