I stopped in twice last week. First visit was tough because I was in a bind due to a misunderstanding with my bill at AT&T, which was becoming overwhelmingly too expensive to manage. I also had to be at work in less than an hour, so I was on a time crunch. As soon as I walked in, Tulio greeted me immediately. I explained my situation and I was able to get a brand new S25 Ultra and the plan he quoted was way less than what I was paying over at the Blue. So far the network service has been stellar also! Tulio got me in and out in about 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and friendly and deserves a shout out for telling me about the free tablet they were offering- I came back for that a couple of days later when I had more time. That time, I spoke with Basel who was equally as friendly and knowledgeable; I walked out with a brand new S9 Tab FE 5G. My overall experience at Cellular Sales Verizon was excellent and would highly recommend you stop there if you llive near the Galleria!! If you don't, it will be worth the drive I promise.

I recently visited the Verizon store in Poughkeepsie , and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff Mariah and Roje were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, helping me find the perfect phone plan and answering all my questions with patience. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. They even offered to set up my new phone for me, which was a huge help. Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for top-notch customer service!

Roje was very helpful. Took a ton of time with me to make sure everything was good before I walked out the store. Would definitely recommend coming here if you're with Verizon. Very professional and more than helpful. Will definitely be coming back here for any questions or concerns if needed.

I gave wrong review last time. I had a bad experience at a Verizon store but it was not this one. In fact this one is in the galleria mall and it is an excellent place with good quality service.

Don't deserve even 1 star. I went in there and they said if i upgraded my phone S22 i get a promo if i paid of old phone and get s24 for free. This was not the case. They do not tell the truth. The sales rep Jason got fired.

Was told by an employee that my bill would go down and it has increased for multiple months. these individuals get paid by commission and are basically used car style scam artists.

Just got a new iPhone 15. So far I love the phone. Customer service from India was excellent. She answered all my questions and showed me how to use my new phone. I was able to walk in and get waited on immediately. Thanks India.

Thank you again Brad. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience today! I walked into the store and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. Brad was the one that helped me today and he was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. He set me up with two new phones going through all my options patiently and super thorough.If you need your phone fixed or in a dire need of an upgrade like I was go see Brad and his team. I was in and out seamlessly

This is my new location to go for all verizon/iphone dealings. My phone could not get cellular service and they helped me fix it within minutes by replacing the SIM card. I highly recommend!

will not do business again with them. been a loyal customer for years, my last visit was about 2 weeks ago . i didnt get the gents name but idk who trained him i get it being a sales rep. refused to answer one simple question that was asked 3 times. and it was how much to buy outright. i get it you get more numbers doing a plan and upsell me on dumb otterbox cases. im giving you buisness buy buying the jacked up price iphone and you cant even give me a number without saying fee this fee that. never again going into a verizon because of this place. as a customer just go directly to the manufacter ! easier cheaper and dont have to deal with these robot trained bafoons

This is a difficult review to write because I don’t believe in railroading people. But I do want to share my experience with this store. My wife and I decided to switch cell carriers and get fios. Our current providers had poor service and streaming cost much less than cable. So we went to this location in the galleria. Our rep was personable and it appeared he knew both sides of the Verizon business. 3 phone lines switched over with 2 new phones and set up for fios. Easy right? It took 3 hours and we had to go back to him for an additional 2 hours to fix mistakes. Called and wanted to verify all contracts and discounts were applied and no response back. Called Verizon and fios direct via customer service. Accounts were set up wrong and we would have been charged an additional $300 on our next wireless bill and fios would have been an additional $25 a month. That was 2 plus hours of phone time per division. Contacted our sales rep and never got a response back until I said I was gonna contact his manager and leave this review. Then he tried. Called the store manager and left a message explaining the situation and no response. Horrible business practice. If your going to switch do it with a real verizon rep on the phone via customer service. Hands down 1000% more than you will ever receive from a commission based employee.
