They used to be really good ! But lately they seem to never have the medicine you need on time . I was waiting on the phone for 25 minutes on regular working hours . the lady that answered told me she was going to be a sec she never answered. Very disappointed with their business lately 😣

Service was terrible for getting vaccine. Had an appointment but waited 30 min while they were giving walk-in shot’s first. Person at window was rude. Won’t go to Duchees Turnpike Walgreens again.

Recently, I've had to deal with many pharmacies in the Hudson Valley area. The Walgreen's on Dutchess Turnpike has some of the nicest pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. Devan and Kevin were both so nice and helpful on the phone in filling my Rx, which originated elsewhere. Also, Danielle recently had to reach out to my doctor's office due to technical issues with a new Rx and she was so prompt in getting my order together. They are all so nice, I will pick up my scripts there from now on, even though there are other pharmacies closer to me. Thank you, Devan, Kevin, Danielle, Ernestos and the entire pharmacy staff for your kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. It is rare to find these days, unfortunately, and you guys do a great job every day. You are making a difference. Thank you.

Canceled my script without reason or notice. Called. On hold for 30 minutes to be told that I needed a new script, which was a lie. Demanded that they fill it with the script that’s good until 7/24/2024. Then told it wasn’t in stock. Second lie. If I could switch this to mail order I would. This is why you’re going out of business. Hire better staff and update your system to at least 2020!

I stopped going to the other big chain pharmacy and started going here because pharmacist and other employees of Walgreens have been very pleasant and helpful. A big plus is that the store always seems clean.

Walgreens Dutchess Turnpike Pharmacy is terrible, I have to go there a couple times to pick up meds and even had partial fills after they tell me it’s ready. I went there yesterday at 1:00 knowing they close for lunch at 1:30, one car in front of me, that car was there until it was 1:30. I left and received I message today that they cancelled my prescription today. Only this pharmacy closes for lunch, even with 10 people online inside and 4 cars outside. I guess they don’t care about Customers and Customer Service.

I felt I was being charged with a crime. Walking in there when I ordered for pickup I didnt know they dont accept UPS packages. I raised both my hands up "hey i didnt know" interrogating me. Ill never go back.
