Very happy with this Walgreens. Entire staff from pharmacist to cashiers all wonderful. Always there for any questions or issues. Always polite. medication's ready timely manner and alerts when ready. changing all prescriptions to Walgreens. Highly recommend Especially this location.

I think a customer picked up the phone after I was on hold for about 20 minutes. That or someone snuck into the pharmacy. Corporate really needs to hire competent people. Do they pay international waters level low? That’s the only explanation I can think of for whoever picked up the phone to have this job.

Today, we encountered a very rude receptionist/staff member when my daughter was getting her second dose of vaccine. We drove roughly 4 hours today in a rush so we forgot her insurance card causing the employee to grunted very loudly, give eye rolls and slam the desk. Now excuse me, all you had to do was ask for her name and date of birth. Then “miraculously” you can literally pull up all her information. We’ve given you all the information prior to her first vaccination and it should be stored in the computer. Like that’s what computers are for, aren’t they? Didn’t understand what all that tantrum was for, but it just showed how unprofessional you are. After everything that had happened, I expected an apology. As expected, you didn’t do anything to compensate your behavior. I understand it was our fault that we didn’t bring the insurance card and we “delayed” your time to relax. However, this is your job and do it professionally!
