My experience with this pharmacy has been consistently a struggle to get my prescriptions. A couple of the pharmacy techs and the main pharmacist have almost no compassion or care in making your experience easy or pleasant. I will no longer use Walgreens because of this. It is unfortunate that I now have to drive further away or even order from NYC for prescriptions. I was literally dismissed by the pharmacist because they were not carrying my insurance - even though I offered to pay out of pocket. It is so irritating to be caught in the middle of these games insurance companies, pharmacy’s and doctors play with each other; they cause pain, suffering and dangerous periods without medications- perhaps a lawsuit will teach them a long awaited lesson.

Worst experience ever.. they made us wait half an hour to print one photo this not right. The lady says she cannot do it until the co-worker takes her position aren’t there any other stafff? So rude!

This pharmacy drive-thru is RIDICULOUSLY slow!! Been the 3rd car in line for 20 minutes.And then I sat at the service window for 5 minutes more.They either need more staff or a better system!

I like Walgreens somewhat but in all honesty there are other pharmacy chain stores that I prefer. Walgreens pharmacy hours are rather limited compared to their competition.The employees and pharmacists are helpful and friendly.They have a pretty good selection of holiday items, health and beauty products, magazines, candies, cookies, sale items, some toys, a photography area inside the store.

They were excellent! I was advised by my pharmacy that they didn’t have what was prescribed earlier in the afternoon, 30 mins before closing! I called and luckily they had it in stock. Of course having to switch the script is no easy task but they were accommodating, they tried the other pharmacy while I called the Doctor, even though it was 5:55 and they closed at 6… once I got the doctor on the line she took over. I appreciate that they went above and beyond with no hassle or attitude. Thanks again!!

This is a great pharmacy, I was looking for a script that has been on back order since last year, and the pharmacist Steve helped me out by taking the time to actually look on his computer and he found a wal greens that had a box for me, im so grateful to him, thanks again, we need more pharmacist like Steve. He really cares for the people.

#25pushupnewyearchallenge 1000 - Day 24, set 6. Had to do an errand and couldn’t get home in time, so while at Walgreens I got a Walgreens employee, Katrina Powell, to take video of me doing my push-ups here. This one also dedicated to the father, Charles Powell, that due to pancreatic cancer is no longer with us. So this one is for him. I don’t think my mom would mind. Not only did Katrina help me find what I needed but also with my challenge. She did it with a smile and had a great personality. She should be recognized for this.

Worse Walgreens Customer service Experience Ever! I went Purposely for a walgreens exclusive Funko Pop ( that you can't get online) Online it stated this store had more than 10 of what I was hoping to get. I looked around didn't find any of the in store exclusive Funkos that were listed online advertised. so I kinda asked a customer service guy standing there if he was busy? He he said no and I Inquired about the Funko and if he possible knew If he had one in the back, so he came off very nasty and rude and he says , Yeah their back there but I can't tear apart The whole store ,we will be putting those items out next week . Then I go to the cashier ask for a manager the cashier softly stated that is the Assistant manager And supervisor. The cashier was nice did his job ,why Is this store holding stock for another week? Customers are getting them at other stores . Last, The Restrooms were nasty also

Today I helped my mom drop packages off for FedEx. But they have really nasty people working here and we pretty much got shooed out by the nasty fat old lady behind the cash register. As soon as we walked in carring boxes this crabby women turns and says in the rudest voice "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!" And so we were like bringing package to the FedEx and she was like "THEY BETTER ALREADY BE PACKAGED AND READY TO SHIP OR WE WON'T TAKE THEM! WE ONLY DO DROP OFF HERE!" we were only dropping off but she was the worst employee I have seen in a long time. I wouldn't want someone so nasty working at my store. Don't greet customers by "what are you doing?" Not may I help you. Or is there something I can help you with.
