“The deals are great and the workers are friendly. They are doing their best and wonderfully kind people, I'd you stop by just stay kind. It is definitely worth the visit. They have clothes, merch, bags, hats, jewelry, sex items, pins, cups, and so much more for your nerds this holiday season. The prices aren't bad for what you are getting. The workers are also pretty knowledgeable about what they are selling.”

I want to give a huge thank you to Julia, the manager at Zumiez in the Poughkeepsie Galleria, and her amazing team, Sydney and Ant. My son and I had one of the best shopping experiences we’ve ever had, and it was entirely because of this outstanding staff.
From the moment we walked in, Julia and her team were warm, cheerful, and extremely hospitable. They were knowledgeable about current sales and deals, helped us pull the right sizes for him, and even offered great style recommendations that he ended up loving. What stood out the most was how naturally they worked together, when Julia stepped away to assist another customer, Sydney and Ant jumped right in without being asked, making sure the experience continued seamlessly.
Every team member contributed, making the entire visit fun, memorable, and effortless. Their positive energy and professionalism created an atmosphere that felt genuinely inviting.
I highly recommend visiting this Zumiez location, not just for the products, but for the exceptional people who make this store what it is. Thank you, Julia, Sydney, and Ant, for making our day and elevating the whole experience. You are awesome!

“Old Navy in Poughkeepsie is in absolutely great shape, and every time I stop in here it feels like the store just keeps getting better. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean and well-organized everything is. The shelves are neat, the tables are folded perfectly, and the aisles are easy to walk through without anything thrown around or out of place. You can tell the staff here really takes pride in keeping the store looking sharp.
The selection is always solid too — tons of jeans, hoodies, kids’ clothes, and seasonal stuff, all fully stocked and easy to find. I appreciate when a store actually feels ready for customers instead of looking picked over, and this Old Navy definitely delivers on that. Prices are clearly marked, the fitting rooms are clean, and checkout is fast and friendly.
What really stands out is how welcoming the store feels. The employees greet you, offer help if you need it, and let you shop comfortably without pressure. It’s the kind of location you don’t mind coming back to because you already know it’s going to be a smooth, pleasant shopping experience.
If you’re looking for a clean, organized Old Navy with great customer service and plenty of good finds, this is definitely the one to visit. Highly recommended — 5 stars.”

“Amazing and kind stuff here. I meant to write a review sooner but I couldn’t remember the location. I had fainted in the store when my fiancé and I at the time we’re shopping for a suit for him for our wedding. and the staff was nothing but kind throughout the whole thing. They got me water and kept checking on me and didn’t rush me away. Thank you so much to the staff to help me I just wish I got your names. ❤️”
“The employee Nadia was especially helpful to me as I was shopping for a men's suit. As I was paying for the suit and tie Nadia took the time to treat me as a valued Macy's customer by explaining to me the Stars and Loyalty programs so that I could save money on my future purchases and thereby demonstrating that Macy's values each customer and is willing to work hard to earn each customer's repeat business. With care she put my suit in a garment bag and made sure to tie the bottom of the garment bag so that my suit did not slip off the hanger and fall onto the parking lot. Nadia was very professional and friendly.”
