I wish more businesses followed his example, focusing on patient care rather than being driven by profits like Walgreens and CVS.”

She left the Pharmacy and brought me an ice cold water. This was over and beyond her work description. She showed empathy and kindness. I found out on Sunday evening (after they were closed) that I would need to pick up a medication ASAP Monday morning and needed it in order to be on time for an appointment 30 minutes away. I was there as soon as they opened...as in, still opening up the doors/windows. They were so gracious, kind, patient, and helpful. They were honest about what they were able to do for me and then worked to exceed the expectation they had sent. They held my hand every step of the way and expedited the process which made a stressful situation so much smoother.”

Why a dullard would complain about the pharmacy department, after being towed from the chain stores lot, after parking unlawfully is symbolic of the mess we are in today.”
