Dylan and everyone working there is friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest. They do not overcharge and even give discounts where applicable! I would absolutely go back anytime I need anything for the car. I loved how they don’t push you into getting extra work done, but will let you know what they recommend for the future. “I'm satisfied with the work performed at Keane's. I feel they are polite and the waiting area is spotless and extremely well decorated. This shop is very expensive and not very accurate with their estimates. Be careful to look over the estimate proposal for added work that was never asked for ie, air filter, cabin filter, brake fluid change etc. The receptionist said their prices would be less than a dealerships prices. This was false and when I mentioned her statement was false, she just mentioned that they stand by their quality work. I am satisfied by the work they performed but be prepared for the BILL. $$$”

“Went to get a simple car wash from the drive thru car wash to find that it’s been taken over by new owners and is a hand car wash! $25 for exterior (no tip on card). I told the guy I parked under a tree at work and got some weird sap-like substance all over my car and when washing my car he made sure that it was coming off with his power hose and car wash shampoo! Really great service, amazing clean, and you can stay in your car while they wash! Will definitely come back as long as the current people run it.”
