“I have been bringing my foreign and domestic cars to Joe and Mario D'Agostino's place for 30+ years and only have great things to say about them. As stated in another review Joe is extremely well-trained and skilled at diagnostics and auto repair. Although they are foremost BMW and Audi experts, they can easily handle any make/model. They love working on Italian cars, btw. Agree that they are a hidden gem for auto repair! They are very, very trustworthy; repair estimates and costs are always very fair, if not under the market. I love these guys and recommend them highly. We own 5 cars and they service all of them (Toyota, Honda (2), Fiat, Subaru...Volvo and Ford in the past). You will not be disappointed. I would give them 6 stars if it were possible!”

“Back in April 2023 my car had a radiator leak from work. When I left work in the late evening, I had no antifreeze left in the car and it started to overheat. I was stranded on I95 south by exit 6 for the entire night waiting for a tow-truck to arrive and tow my car to Grand Prix. Finally in the am, a tow- truck arrived and brought to Grand Prix. Roger is very humble and fixed my car within a day. Very satisfied with his work and charged a fair price to do the work. Would definitely go back to him again. Thank you kindly.”

“Went to Bob after a more “well known” shop couldn’t diagnose my problem but suggested thousands of dollars in work anyway. Took my car to Bob the next day and he was able to not only diagnose my biggest concern, he did it quickly and kept me informed the whole time (including letting me know that it was under warranty from the dealer because of X number of miles - something I would’ve never known to even look into). He even went so far as to educate me about a recent unrelated recall on my car that I wasn’t aware of. Left with a much more manageable bill and happy to continue to give my service to Bob. “Truly a hidden gem we found by.. accident. My son's car broke down on the Saw Mill around Mt. Kisco, and limped the '15 535 to Bimmers Only in BH. Dropped the car in front of the shop, late at night, and left a message. Spoke to Graham the next morning, he could not have been nicer or more accommodating about it. Graham diagnosed the problem, estimated the cost and got the car back on the road in a day after getting all the necessary parts. It was a complex repair to the driveshaft, Graham showed us all the broken parts he replaced with BMW OEM. Plus he found the coolant expansion tank was cracked, and leaking. The shop is a very rare find. You're not getting this kind of quality work from any dealer, and the pricing is fair. HIGHLY recommend this gem of a place for any BMW enthusiast looking to get quality work done by an experienced master mechanic who does ... bimmers only!”
