Anna introduced me to Pilates in fall 2021. I had a painful back injury, had just moved across country, and like everyone else had spent months hunched over a laptop instead of working at a normal desk. Within six weeks my back pain was GONE. I am stronger and feel better in my body than I have in years. Anna is warm and delightful, but she will also kick your a*** I leave sessions drenched in sweat and feeling wonderful. I cannot say enough good about Anna and hope to work with her for years to come.

Anna is a wonderful instructor! I started Pilates with Anna around a month ago. I had heard Pilates was a game changer for my equestrian pursuits. I had also injured myself during COVID working out on my own. I notice a difference in my body and my riding already and I think I’m hooked! Anna is so knowledgeable, patient, kind and goes the extra yard! Anyone who ever thought about Pilates should definitely try! Thank you Anna for being you!

Anna Zullo is amazing. I was a project! Having just had a double mastectomy, my surgeons and doctors were AMAZED that I maintained full and painless mobility. There was NO QUESTION it was due to the work with Anna.
