“Eric is a great mechanic and a great instructor. I learned a lot from this guy. If i lost my hands and couldn't fix my own cars anymore, this is the shop i'd trust.”
“I can't say enough good things about these guys! We limped in with our fifth wheel and a broken spring pin, shifted axel, and missing leaf from the leaf spring. They had us up and running in less than an hour! No one else even had time for us. Thanks guys from the bottom of our hearts! You rock!!!!☮️❤️?”
“Im from Naples but live in Texas now was in Naples on vacation and our car was making noise took it to Bob's they were booked sold but knew k was leaving they got me in found the problem and fixed it they even gave us a ride back into town to wait Hats off to Bob's thanks for taking care of me while k was home”
“We were in town from Virginia doing some wine-tasting and our check engine light came on. Branchport Automotive was the closest mechanic, so we limped over at 3:30pm on a Tuesday. They fit us in, got it diagnosed and fixed (ignition coil), and on our way in an hour. Great folks, great pricing.”
“As we were driving back from Keuka Lake, through Naples, I panicked because my brake fluid light came on, and I could feel that my brakes were not right! There are so many hills and curves on that route, and I was really very nervous driving. I knew nothing about car dealerships, or automotive shops in Naples. As we came into town, I saw Dave's Automotive, and carefully pulled in. I asked if there was a Dave, and he was right there! I explained my scary situation and he immediately came right out to my car! He knew exactly what to do, did it, and had me restart my car to make sure both brake lights had gone off! I am extremely grateful to Dave for his knowledge and kindness! Next time I'm in Naples, I'm bringing him some chocolate chip cookies! THANK YOU VERY MUCH, DAVE!”
“Honest, hardworking mechanic that won't b.s. you or overcharge for parts or labor. Will fix other mechanics' mistakes with diplomacy. Have trusted Dan for years and will continue to trust his expertise.”
“Chis and staff worked with us to purchase the vechile in a comfortable payment. We are very happy with our purchase. The quality of the Jeep exceeded our expectations.”

“Today we were driving our oldest child down to Susquehanna University for move-in day tomorrow morning. When we got to Prattsburgh the battery light on our dash lit up with a flashing message that said that the battery wasn't charging. Luckily, a mile down the road was Raner's Auto. We pulled into the parking lot with hopes that maybe they would be kind and help us out. We were about an hour away from home and 2 and 1/2 hours from the college, and didn't have many options. Doug came out and took a look and quickly diagnosed what the problem was, ordered the part from somewhere nearby, and we had our car back on the road within 2 hours! Missy was a delight and we actually enjoyed our time playing & watching Family Feud in the waiting room. Our uncertainty for whether we were going to be able to move our kid in on time was very stressful and we are so thankful they were where they were right when we needed them. If we lived nearby, we certainly would frequent their services. Very honest, trustworthy and fair.”
