“Safe for trans people. Received a comment once about using a preferred name (that was on my profile) and how it was more convenient for them to have the legal name (which is understandable, but also uncomfortable for me to do) but I have never had an issue with receiving my prescribed medication, which is rarer for trans people than one might think.I need to ask if they have a notification system sometime for if a refill doesn't go through - I've had times where it hasn't, and I've just believed that the med hasn't come in, only to discover days later that there was an issue that I needed to resolve.Otherwise, very positive experience with them - the apothecary is clean and timely.”
