“Napa in Pulaski NY has a very knowledgeable and experienced staff. Locally owned and operated as well keeping small businesses in the community afloat. The down side is that auto parts stores in general do keep a lot of items in stock anymore. Service is usually next day in most cases and that's not bad considering”

“I had a very nice man. His name is Joseph and he is excellent! I needed new wiper blades and he showed me many different blades and explained each one so even I understood what he was talking about. He then put them on my car and showed me how to put them on! His knowledge and his ability to put you at ease made my purchase a pleasure! He gets 5 stars for excellent customer service and overall niceness! Keep up the good work, Joseph! Customer service is alive and well in Pulaski, NY!”

“If you're looking for any type of vehicle part, this is your one stop shop! Great customer service, to where at one point I literally said "If I could kiss ya through the phone I would". They quoted me a price on a part for my vehicle, and it was HALF the price and 1/4 the wait time to be delivered. I mean just great service all around. I'll be supportive of this shop forever!”
