I live in New Jersey and have had Duck work on my truck numerous times over the years and as recently as twice this week. He has always diagnosed the problem and repaired it . I contacted Dick’s at 2 pm on a Friday after my car started making a clicking noise and was worried about my 5-hour drive home. Although they were down two mechanics, they still agreed to take a look at my car to see if it was safe to drive. The mechanic found a nail in my tire, put a plug in it and sent me on my way.It’s great to know there is an honest place that will do what they can to help a person out. I've been on both sides of this shop and a few other local shops for that matter. This shop gets vehicle repairs and maintenance in and out all while doing an amazing high quality performed job.
