They have a commercial showing a 2015 Camaro 2SS for 32k? then they say here are some more muscle cars at the end the last car they show a new Supra. ....A Supra is NOT a muscle car!!

High pressure sales, half truth and deceit that's what you can expect at FX Caprara. Even when I asked for them there were GM incentives that I did not get. If your going to FX Caprara you should back in cause your going to get screwed LOL you should thank your mom for the 5star.

Horrible dealership! I just bought a 2015 suburban from them and they don't want to fix any of the problems. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks and nothing has been done to it, I don't recommend anyone to make a purchase here. They'll just take your money and ignore you. Even the general manager doesn't care about the problems. I also paid for a undercoat from another company and they told me "you might want to get a refund because the frame is horrible on this vehicle". Also words from their GM " it's a older vehicle so it will come with a lot of broken parts. What dealership sells a vehicle with problems and don't take care of it? Apparently this dealership I went too. Please don't waste your time and money with this dealership.

I have bought a ton of vehicles over the years and i must say David Lucas was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I live out of state and he made it worth my while to fly to his dealership to buy from him, my wife and i love our purchase and we really got to enjoy it over the weekend driving back.

Lindsay, Zach, Ilmar, and Mike were all great. I emailed about a truck and Lindsay responded right away with a great offer. They gave me a trade value I was happy with and did not mess around. We negotiated for all of 2 minutes. Clearly they are in the business to move vehicles. I would definitely do business with again. Thanks guys.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have dealt with. I scheduled a test drive 2 days in advance and drove 2 hours to test drive a vehicle. Upon arrival, the vehicle was not on-site, they had to go put gas in it, then the bed was ENTIRELY filled with garbage (old furniture, etc). There was also a dent on the rear tailgate that no-one notified me about. This forced my wife and I to view and test-drive at night, now with our suspicion up due to the damage that was not disclosed prior to a 2 hour drive. Then I notified the dealer that I was VERY interested and wanted to make an offer but their on-site offer was $1,500 less than what I was offered by a Rochester dealer to buy it without having to buy a new car from them. The salesman was very rude and just told me it can't be true and that I must be wrong in their deal. But I told him I still wanted the truck and would buy it within a week if i sold my car, which I did. FX dropped the price of the Truck by $1300 but never notified me, I got a AutoTrader alert. I called the following day stating I would drive up to test it during the day (a Saturday now, and 10 days after my first visit). I was told they had to call me back to ensure it was ready for a test drive. I was then told that the manager took it for the weekend and I couldn't drive it. I told them to call me on Monday because I was making a purchase of a vehicle on Monday (2 days later). I never received a call back (now 19 days later) and I purchased another truck at a higher price which I am OK with. This shows me they did NOT want to sell the truck, they were most likely trying to "keep it on the inventory" until it was marked down enough for one of them or a friend to buy it, why else would you NOT call me before dropping the price, or why not call me after dropping the price, or why not call me when I said i was ready to buy. SHADY SHADY dealership with worse employees who essentially wasted my 2 hour drive each way for a vehicle they had NO INTENTION of selling. I would stay far away from this dealership.

The salesman I worked with (I believe his name was Matt) was excellent and went above to get me in my car quickly. There are zero "extras" at FX Caprara, they were unwilling to negogiate the price at all and I would even need to pay extra for my second set of keys. I had my car just 5 months when the shifter assembly broke, thus I was 2 months over the dealer warranty and just outside of the manufacture warranty. They were not willing to help with the cost at all. I would have been happy with a free oil change! Its just the principal that they clearing do not value their loyal costumers. I will be going elsewhere for my next vehicle.

We found a vehicle we liked on the Internet, but when we read the reviews of FX Caprera Chevrolet we were very skittish about doing business with them. However, after they contacted me, their newish Internet manager Lindsey assured me that she would take good care of me even though we were in Buffalo. And that she did!
We feel that we got a fair deal, and a fair trade.
She worked arm in arm with Chris Van Brock, her sales consultant and And John Bryant, her finance manager.
Even when a couple of wrinkles came up upon delivery, I was reassured they would would be taken care of, and they were. We will be contacting them in the future when we need to upgrade another vehicle.

The worst experience of my life, never ever will I deal with this company again , lie after lie from there salesman, never return your calls. Just awful.
