Absolutely ridiculous
My debit card was sent to my old address even after changing in person they never sent me a new one to the new address so there I was no debit card and no new one coming was reassured multiple times they ordered one for me.
3 weeks later completely unprofessional don’t do business here.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I had a fire and lost everything. I got a donation in the form of a check from a church. They charged me a check cashing fee of $7.50 on that donation and would not wave it. EVERY OTHER bank I received a donation from did not charge me a fee. I will NEVER have an account here and urge everyone I know not to do business with them. Everyone and ever business has awesome to me here in Pulaski, NY.......EXEPT THEM. They got their profit on my tragedy. Shame on them!!!
