“I have needed to replace my phone for about a year now. I so dreaded doing it because it seems to take forever and a day to get through the process at the Verizon store, muchless learning to navigate a new phone...UGH!! The Verizon Pulaski, NY store made my process very seamless...thanks to Talon! What an amazing employee, so well spoken, very communicative, and alert to my needs. It actually changed my thoughts about Verizon stores, especially after trying the Watertown, NY
store which was nothing but a bunch of rude and insensitive employees not recognizing the needs of it's customers... and some of us have been paying that Verizon bill for a very long time! We are in our early 70's. Kudos to Talon!!!! Verizon needs you and Pulaski, NY Verizon is the place to go!!! Thank you Talon for restoring the faith!
