Friendly gentleman, worked to get us what we needed! It's best to call and go through him directly rather than Uhaul for reservation, but no issues!

Wayne has always been nice.. I've never had a problem renting a uhaul over the years from him.. it's sad he doesn't do the uhaul part any more but understandable...I still rent a storage unit and I'm happy with his customer service skills....
