Nicole is amazing. We spent over an hour and 45 mins on the phone with customer support, with nothing resolved. Nicole was able to fix the problem in under 15 mins. AND helped lower our bill. 5 stars for Nicole.

I live in watertown and I never will go to a verizon store in watertown again would recommend going to Pulaski to everyone !! Talon was very good and very patient with this old man ! THANK YOU !!
