Honestly, my biggest pet peeve with Maze is the fact that I’m almost NEVER able to get in touch with anyone to find out information about me account. They DO NOT have a website or automated system that gives you access to your account info—very inefficient! Other healthcare companies are able to do this (safely), why can’t Maze? It’s very frustrating to have to call and e-mail multiple times to only to get a voicemail. You really need to take into consideration your customer experience because right now, it’s not pleasant for us. Even if I wanted to recommend people to Maze—I would refrain from doing so given the level of service I’ve received thus far. ????

Lost for words. Our baby came sooner than expected and Maze was quick to set us up. With the help of family we managed to get the kit in time. Setting up the pickup was also very easy. They came a few hours after and voilá. So happy to have chosen Maze Cord Blood Laboratories.

We had a great experience using Maze Cord Blood for our baby's cord blood storage. They made the entire process, from signing up to hospital pick up, very simple! Also, their customer service was great when I had a few questions.

Everyone was helpful and easy to work with. Not much you have to worry about while at the hospital, we called and they were there in no time to pick up our stuff with no complications. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

Amazing customer seevice. We waited until the last minute to set service up only to fund that we no longer have a local cord blood bank. I researched alternatives quickly and recieved our kit within 24 hours! Both submissions were hamdled expediently and professionally! They are stored at a reasonably afgordable price and I camnot tell you the peace that ot. Rings to know it is there for our family should we ever need our babies cord ood or tissu! Thank you Maze!

The people at Maze are awesome! We waited a little late to make the cord blood banking decision with our first child, but their staff helped us determine which cord blood kits the hospital had on hand would work with their processing protocols. It was so helpful and reassuring to connect with a human voice to help us through the process. She even texted with us late into the night of the delivery to make sure everything went ok.Our experience with Maze was so great the first time, we used them with our second child as well! Their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful - I’d recommend them to everyone I know!
