“Originally used Finch's pharmacy until they closed. Wound up using CVS. There was always an issue with them. I would sometimes have to go to different locations to complete a prescription. I needed a prescription filled. My doctor mistakenly sent the prescription to Rye Ridge. Best mistake ever. The staff there could not be more helpful, polite, and professional.”

“I've had such a pleasant experience working this pharmacy so far! Sometimes, working with compounding pharmacies can be more complicated than necessary. With Westchester, the prescribing and ordering process is smooth and efficient. Most compounding pharmacies are understaffed, making it nearly impossible to talk to a live person. I was able to speak directly with Gina, a pharmacy technician, who ironed out the details of the prescription within minutes and was super friendly and helpful. Gina went out of her way to make my experience with the pharmacy a pleasant one. I highly recommend this pharmacy!”

They call and check in about deliveries...did I say that deliver my meds every month? And, that coordinated it, so I get one delivery a month? I happily gave up the big box pharmacy for this personal, smaller business. Can't say enough about how much I love their service!”

“I've been a Shoprite customer for years. I can't remember not being one. Today I went in to do my regular shopping and I decided to get fresh bagels. I only got half a dozen. I had asked to have them cut. The first person at the deli told me no. But,I had already spoken with a sweet gentleman from hot foods. He said if they don't help you, I will. I didn't even have to turn around before he agreed to help me. Josie was at a different Shoprite that I used to go to. Kim I've only known since I've been going to this particular Shoprite. Both are very sweet. There's also several others who've helped with or without asking.”

“Saxon pharmacy is an absolute lifesaver for the occasional caller that needs basic notary services and inadvertently calls one of our regions where we offer mobile services to nursing homes, hospitals and offices. Please always remember to bring proper government ID and to call first to make sure that the notary is available and remember they close at 5 PM on Saturdays.”
“I usually have a good experience ordering groceries and deli items for pickup at Sam’s Club. However, on Juneteenth, I scheduled an order for the last hour of the day—well in advance—but when I arrived at 7 PM, the order wasn’t ready. The team members I spoke to were unhelpful and indifferent, telling me I’d need to come back the next day, which was frustrating as I had planned my schedule carefully. Fortunately, the manager, Pat, was understanding and personally gathered my items. One item was missed in the rush, but I was able to get a refund through the app chat. The situation was disappointing overall, but I appreciated the manager’s effort to make it right.”

“White Plains Surgical Supplies was very fast in shipping the items that I requested through Medline. I am very happy with their service.
I was not very happy with the items because it seems that in the country (China), where these items (chux pads) are produced, they are making these of a lesser quality. The last time that I ordered these chux pads, they were a better quality with more cotton filling. And the last time that I bought them, the dimensions were 14" x 9". The ones that I just received measure only 14" x 8" so the manufacturers are even cutting down on not only the quality but also the size.
Again, I will say that I am very happy with the service that I received by White Plains Surgical Supplies.”
