“Generally very happy. Never had any issues until today. I was only worried about one thing which was my insurance. I began a new job, so lost my old insurance, and won't get new coverage for 3 months, so was trying to stay on top of that today as I know that can be problematic around refill time, which it just so happens to be. I am fairly new to the pharmacy, and the system, so I did the online, but was not sure if that worked, so ended up calling to check to see cost, and when to pick up because also was not sure about timing. Was spoken to very abruptly and told "WHEN we refill it, it will be xx amount of dollars." Sadly, I feel like it just comes with the stigma of what the medication happens to be. I have worked in healthcare many years, so I see it all the time. Otherwise, the cashiers have always been so friendly, and helpful, and it really is a beautiful store. They have literally everything you could possibly need. Love their little candy section too! It's a great small town pharmacy, and a break from the big chains.”

“Drug World is basically the small-town superhero of pharmacies! Need toothpaste? They’ve got it! Last-minute birthday gift? Covered! Random kid toy to keep a tiny human distracted? Yup, that too! It’s like a mini-Target but without the 45-minute “I only came for one thing” detour. The staff is super friendly! The kind of people who actually seem happy to see you, which is rare these days. And when it comes to prescriptions, they don’t leave you sitting around wondering if you should’ve packed a snack. “I wanted to give a big thank you to this pharmacy. Yesterday I was desperately rushing to get there before they closed at 1:30 for lunch. I showed up at probably 1:28, saw that the consultation side gate was already closed and just as I ran to the the pick-up side, the gate was closing. The ladies were all so kind to let me get the prescription, didn't make me feel like I was 'that person' even though I was embarrassed knowing I was. I really appreciated them for this kind act, it made my day.”

Irene and the team at CVS in Target—Mount Kisco, NY—should be recognized for always going above and beyond. If I had to choose one of the other two CVS options, I would find somewhere else to fill my prescriptions.”

“There's a reason I go to Save Mor Drugs and that's to experience that mom and pop feeling we all so desperately crave nowadays but which is nearly impossible to find anywhere. And I always get to experience that whenever Sandy and Andie are helping me at Save Mor. They are not only the loveliest people I've ever had the joy of interacting with but they go above and beyond for their customers to help them in any and all ways possible. Where others might make you feel like you are burdening them in looking for help from them, that is not the experience you get from these two individuals. They will take the time to listen and actually hear what you are saying and look to figure out a way to help you and resolve whatever problems you may be facing. “Let me just start of by saying, the bar for any sort of drug store convenience store is L.O.W. In 2023... these huge chains have neglected their storefronts and left stains on the communities they have infested. This Walgreens, on the other hand, has been only a pleasure to me. The shelves are fully stocked and the aisles are clean and organized. The photo center had my prints ready in just minutes, even though they were dealing with other customers. The managers at this store seem to really care about their work and their staff! You can tell there in a good relationship between the employees. God bless them. So helpful. Thank you! Opposite of CVS in "beach shopping center" I go there and the photo center is out of order and the place is a mess.”
