We love it here! My daughter has been attending since she was 15 months (now 2 and a half) and my 7 month old started 2 months ago. My daughter learned so much since she started here and we could not be happier. The teachers and assistants are wonderful. They treat my children like their own.

This is a nice daycare for toddlers. They are open 7am-7pm and that’s what I needed. My daughter is happy to go there. The staff is very polite and helpful especially LONA ❤️ my daughter loves so much.

I fully recommend this daycare. My daughter has been enrolled in Book and Rattels since she was18 months old. Ms Jasmine and Ms Aulona were her first teachers and helped us a lot to make it easier. My daughter has special and close bond with Mrs Aulona, which is very professional on her work and has a wonderful communication with parents and the kids too. Jasmine, is very loving and caring, as a teacher she kept me updated on everything. This year she changed her class, she moved into a 2-year-old room. So far we are very happy too with the new teacher's Ms Gloria and Ms Stephanie. I am very satisfied with the way that Ms Gloria and Stephani are working because I can see her progression a lot, she is learning new things every day and she is able to show us everything home. Her development has been grown a lot since she joined this daycare. Overall all the staff there very is very friendly. Ms Aulona and Ms Stephanie they make very easy for us the morning time, they make sure to open the building on time and take care of our kids. We are lucky to have those teachers!

My daughter has been enrolled in Books and Rattles since she was 8 months old and my older son was also enrolled in Books at Rattles beginning at 8 months. Both of my children developed special relationships with the staff. My daughter, currently 21 months old, has developed an extremely close bond with Aulona. Aulona is wonderful with communicating with me throughout the day and I know my daughter is in good hands with her. Jasmine is my daughter's teacher and she is terrific at maintaining a routine and communicating with me if there is an issue or concern. My older son, now in 3K, grew very close to Stephanie in the 2 year old classroom. They developed a close bond and always looked forward to seeing her. As an infant, he grew close to Ms Arifa in the infant classroom. The hours are fantastic and Stephanie is extremely reliable in ensuring the building is open and ready for children at 7am. There have been minor issues in the past with communication; however, the staff caring for my daughter currently are very caring and she loves going to school every day.

If i could rate this place 0 i would, This place has no organization or coordination in absolutely nothing. My nephew keeps coming home with scratches on his face and when asked they never know. They are rude. During the graduation zoom meeting I was able to see that they have no control over the situation. They do not include all kids in the activity that they are doing at the time. They allow kids to assault others and they show no interest to at least separate them, than wanna come and tell us that my nephew is the violent one and thats they have no idea what happened to his face when he does come home saying it hurts. Keep in mind my nephew is the sweetest child in this planet earth, and whom we never known as one to hit others. ?they pay attention only to certain students. And overall this place its just a joke. I do not recommend

This place is a joke! Please go elsewhere if you care about your children. When you ask about who is your child’s teacher the answer is usually “we do not have one” or “they are out because they are sick” .. I just found out my child has not been receiving occupational therapy for a while because their staff keeps quitting! They also repeatedly mix up the children's clothing and your child will come back home with someone else’s sweater , hat, or toy. Additionally, my child has come home with different marks on his face and they never know where they are coming from but do add “your child is violent” which has NEVER been brought up to my attention other than when I call about HIM coming home hurt and saying his face or lips hurt.

If your child is going to this school for pre-k , just know graduation is thru zoom vaxx or not! Meanwhile other pre schools are having the parents over at the ceremony! Very unfair..

I want to start by saying this school is just amazing. My son is autistic and due to covid related circumstances he had to changed schools. I was so worried about him going to a new school because with his condition he doesn’t really do well with change and I was afraid how he would react to this new school and if this school would be a right fit for him. But from the moment I came to this school for a tour I was already in love with the school. Ms. Norma shah the IEP coordinator was just amazing. She was so welcoming, helpful, and gave me all the information I needed to know that this was the right school for my son. My sons teacher Norma Coffey is jus the nicest teacher I’ve met so far. I love that Ms.Coffey is great with communication when it comes to my son and the other assistants in the classroom as well. You can tell that they are very caring and I just wasn’t scared anymore about my son being in the school. He goes in everyday with a smile and no screaming and crying. He is talking so much more I can definitely see the difference. The entire staff there is just amazing. The women in the front desk are always so helpful and welcoming. Dina and Rebecca is always so attentive to the front when ever I walk in. They make sure no one goes anywhere or enter anywhere without their knowledge. I feel safe knowing that my son is at a place where I know he will be taken care of and are in good hands. I can not say I have one complaint about this school. From the facility itself, down to the staff I give a 5 star. You can really tell that this school and the staff care about the children.

My daughter has been in this preschool for two years and I can say that, as a mom and a teacher myself, I could not be happier. She comes home every day talking about things that they did and I can see her improvement in many different areas. Her teacher, Ms. Shannon, keeps us parents posted regularly and sends us pictures of the different projects they are working on.All of her teachers have a big heart and go beyond their responsibilities. They do a great job at building community in the classroom, which I think is key to children’s development, especially during this difficult year. The curriculum is good and appropriate for my three year old but, most importantly, the teachers make it fun and enjoyable. The other day a family member asked my daughter: ‘So what do you like to study at school?’ And she responded: ‘I do not study at school, I just have fun with my friends’. That to me says a lot.

Awful experience dealing with this place. The receptionist in the front is plain rude. She did not check my ID and let me right into the classroom area. The place looks filthy and there is stuff pined to ever inch of the walls, way too much stimulation for special needs students. The classrooms are disorganized and staff argues with each other in front of the students. There is no clear structure or routines for the students. The director is rude as well and seems totally disinterested in the students. There is a high turnover rate for staff which is very disruptive for the students. I would avoid this place at all costs. There are many amazing pre-ks out there, this not one of them.
