I wanted passport pictures. I was able to do it, however one of the managers or so I don’t know what he was. He was profiling my family. Every time I would turn my head, he would be right next to us staring at us. Of course I stared back because I’m not going to back down. I just did not like how close he was to my family. It made me very uncomfortable. They also had two little girls working there. I believe they were around the age of 13.

I came here to take my childs passport photo because online says CVS takes passport photos for children... The manager refused to do it even though guidelines said CVS does do it. Very unprofessional and terrible management.

Either the phone system doesnt work or they are just hanging up on people. Been trying to call to get the status on a prescription for two days. Have tried all the options on the menu to get to speak to someone. Have tried checking the prescription number and the system cant find it. Have tried other sections in the menu to try to get to talk to someone in case it was just the "speak to a pharmacist" option that wasnt working and nothing will let you speak to someone. Have called probably 20 times in the past two days by now at all times of the day in case they have just been busy and it has never connected me to any.--Went in today since I still couldnt reach anyone through the phone. They didnt have the prescription even though I received a message saying it was ready. Said it was ready on the website also. They actually dont even carry it at that cvs at all.

I’ve called for 3 days straight. Either no one picks up or if they do, they leave it on mute while they work. ?

A good variety of products as compared to other CVS Pharmacies. This is a very convenient 24 hour store to have, especially for the area which is lacking businesses and services for the most part. Perfect for emergency over-the-counter medication, groceries, or anything else the community may need at any hour of the day. Conveniently located near a bus hub as well as the LIRR. Staff is attentive and kind.

They have definitely made an improvement from my last review.The pharmacy staff is friendlier and take care of everything. I would definitely give credit to Amit the manager there. The people seem overworked and may need better monetary incentives. The short staff at night might need to be looked into and cvs might have to open up more budgets to employ more people at night.If cvs is looking , thank you for your hard work and don’t stop there.

Always very busy... except if you go later in the eve.when you do wait to get to ask your questions in the pharmacy they are always very nice and answer all your questions and you feel as though they took the time necessary to help you.

The absolute worst experience at this pharmacy. Where is management because they clearly allow the employees in the pharmacy to have lack of professionalism and respect for customers. My Rx was sent in yesterday, I called today to ask the status. Her response was "I'll have it ready in an hour". I asked her when was the prescription sent in- she said "yesterday"- If I didn't call, I my prescription would not have been filled. When I asked why wasn't it filled yet her response was "I don't know" and then she hung up on me. WOW

The worst pharmacy in queens village, no customer support. Updates if a vaccination is available when you make an appointment. Pharmacy section is extremely rude when it comes to customers.

I called three times today and was place on holdThe pharmacy section disconnected me back to back.This pharmacy employee need some customer service training, Very poor service and unprofessional. It truly a nightmare going to Springfield and 89thAve CVS.

Horrible Horrible customer service if anyNo one ever answers the phone at the pharmacy and if they do you get disconnected or hung up on!!! They seem to always be out of stock on prescription medication.Today they lost another customer

I guess the pharmacy phone isn't 24 hrs.I called the pharmacy was on hold for 13 minutes and no one picked up.Called back and went to front store and they picked up quickly hence the (⭐)The phone service is another trip. It takes forever to find out which options you are looking for. One set of options you have to use number keys and the other option you have to speak. Like chose one and stick with it cvs.READ THE OTHER REVIEWS... SAME TRASH DIFFERNT MONTH...Your phone customer service is trash, difficult in selection and pharmacy phone non existence.
