Regional management needs to come in. This is ridiculous. Inventory should never be all over the floor! That’s unsanitary and this is in the middle of the day at 4 in the afternoon. How is this ok ? My father is a manager In Virginia Beach. Not once is it taught to have all the items on the ground. This is a regular thing that happens at this location especially during day hours. Pls better management ! Better service better everything at this location. All the kids items who are already always sick! On the floor ! Disgusting ! Do better !

Terrible customer service and poor management. You walk in there and it feels like you entered a circus. This establishment has a deep rooted culture of lackadaisicalness that needs to change ASAP. The employees openly converse with each other in front of the customers of how they don't care about their job. And their behavior is only amplified by management. The assistant manager there was clearly inebriated while on job, communicating in an immature manner for the workplace.

Good Morning Staff , I give this store a 3 because they open on time and they are trying to keep the place clean. I used to enjoy shopping in the Teacher section but now it has nothing much there. This store needs one more cashier. The cashier is very helpful and respectful. The store needs more items. I started going to another Dollar Tree that's too far for me. Stay safe!

Whoever is managing this location now doing they thing, I went in this morning and every shopping aisle was clean. Everything was put together in its place, it was so refreshing to walk through each aisle without my cart getting stuck or bumping into something. And the girl in the front very polite and well mannered. Enjoyed my trip to the dollar tree today, will come again.

I stop here on my way to work at 3:15pm and only 1 register was open.. This store has lazy workers. 3 employees stand there talking while line at the back of store. I guess dollar tree hire dollar worth of workers. Smh

The store needs to be more attractive, appealingIt needs a feminine touch in managing. The first time I came in, I thought the store was closing for good. It was really very hot, no air conditioning working, I almost passed out. Other Dollar tree stores I visited are much better equipped and much brighter in lighting..
