I was going to leave a good review until i realized I was completely ripped off. I got a rental through this location through my insurance. Dejon was very nice. He gave me a chevy and said it would be $22 a day. He then asked if i wanted collision coverage on the car since it was already included in the price. That was a LIE. The car was actually $8 a day and the collision coverage was a EXTRA $12 a day. Which means it was never included. I was not made aware of that until i got my bill after returning the car. I found out after renting the car that my insurance already covers the rental with comprehensive and collision coverage. My total would have been $68 but instead it was close to $200 because Dejon was deceitful. With paying a high deductible and this horrible economy, i could have used that extra money for something else. Im extremely disappointed in this location.UPDATE: The manager was able to process me a refund. Thank you.

Anytime dealing with Enterprise has been an experience worth having especially when you're renting a car for a specific reason. Always excellent service and appropriate when it comes to the cars they rent out to us.

Do not rent a car from this place you are better off walking, taking the bus or building your own car. This all started fine my fiance went to rent a car because her car is at the Chevy dealership I was there for the whole thing the rep that was there took her info driver's license and credit card he proceeds to hand her license back and holds on the CC and says I won't charge the card until I inspected the car so we both started to follow him outside to the vehicle he starts to take pics of the car and asked her if she has the CC she responded no you never gave it back he continued to take pics then goes inside to see when the card was placed then comes back out and asked her again if she has the card and the response was no while checking all her belongings then both of us follow him in side where basically all of us looked for the card there was about 5 of us looking at this point. They were trying to look at the video footage took a while to log into the system I was watching them then they found the clip when the rep handed her the the license and held onto the CC which was not found after that, everyone makes mistakes and I know that was not his intention for this to go south quickly so the end result was no car had to cancel the credit card and have to get a new one and start all over again yet the "manage" made no inclination of helping in anyway what so ever which was troubling because they could've made some decent money on that rental not even to say we're very sorry anyway we can make it up to you? Nope nothing nada!! I would of even used my card if necessary but that careless attitude I was like no way they may lose my card too. I have delt with things with other companies before and some were great they try and resolve the problem this place absolutely sucked at customers care relations and my fiance was so upset basically in tears not even ma'am "if you can say that anymore" can we make this right for you?

Agents are very polite and courteous. I had to rent a car because my car was left at the dealer. I didn't get my agents name but she worked magic to get me a car at a good rate. I have discount offers at other car rental places and she topped every other car rental facility. I was handled like a VIP! The customer service was impeccable and the agents represented the company very well.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Spoke to someone on the phone about a loaner from my insurance company. They told me come in and that they had a number of cars: Corolla, Altima, and other options if I'd like to pay out of pocket because the insurance only covered up to 50 dollars. I drove over (like 10 minutes later) for that reason only to get there and no one remembers having the call even though I spoke to person whose name was given to me. Then they tried to give me a Malibu. I asked if they had any other cars to which they said no and then gave the female customer who came after me a Corolla. Don't waste time with this location. Shitty service and customer care.

Very competent and friendly staff. Dejon Lawrence, at the Hillside Avenue,Queens location made my rental experience easy and enjoyable. The car was clean, in great running order. Dejon was able to answer all my questions whether in person or by phone. Many thanks!

Literally the worst experience of my life.Don’t rent a car from this place.First car they gave me smell like weed had to change it to another car because of this reason and now enterprise is charging me for some ticket when I didn’t have the car.The absolutely worst experience and even now nobody is helped or done anything.What kind of service is this?The best part is that I’m the one that has to call to get it resolved for enterprise mistake.Absolutely ridiculous!
