This store is trash the employees were playing inappropriate music joking around in the store. I did a claim when to pick up my phone the phone wasn’t there they proceeded to say the system was down came back twice . Only to find out I had to redo the insurance claim through Assurian horrible manager didn’t even try to resolve my issue @tmobile I’m switching all my 4 lines !

Worst experience ever! They claim “free returns” within 14 days, but “free”to them means $150 restocking fee. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE; JUST BUY YOUR PHONE ONLINE WHERE YOU GET FULL ACTUAL FREE PROTECTION!!!!!

Thank you so much for helping me set up a new phone plan with you all and being able to pay my bill easily through the mobile app. T-mobile is a great phone network to have with great phone deals and features. Also you all have a good variety of different phones and accessories to buy and use.

I went inside to pay a bill which I didn’t, I just walked right out. The guy was not even paying attention to me at all and was just flirting up with someone else as I’m sitting there waiting. They are very rude and immature. I only walked there cause it’s local near my home. I will be calling the manager and I file a complaint on government affairs

Took a 20min drive here because they were one of the few t-mobiles open after 8. Arrived around 7:30 and the employees refused me claiming that setting my phone up would take 3 hours long. (It’s never taken this long to set up any of my new phones). The store didn’t close until 9, so either way seems like we had more than enough time. Lost my phone in a river, so I have been without a phone for a few days. It was extremely frustrating to be turned away. Seems like they just didn’t feel like helping. They even told me to do it myself. I sped to the next closest T-Mobile that was open and they helped me set up my phone without hesitation. It only took a half hour.T-Mobile please get some employees that actually care about customers and want to do their job two hours prior to closing.

Horrible place Horrible customer service.3 hours just to activate my new phone they were helping everyone but us. I will never in my life going to get close to that store I'm a new customer I never spirent this never before.

Had such a great experience at this store! After getting my phone stolen at a Music Festival. I was helped out by Furcy who picked out the perfect device combo for me! Even picked out some great accessories for me! It’s like I walked in and he knew exactly what I needed. Without even knowing it he picked out a Apple product for me that matched the colors of my business logo! I showed him my card and we laughed hysterically! Definitely will return! Thanks t mobile!

Juan and his supervisor, White Hispanic female, whom refused to give her name and id #. Both refused to allow me to pay my bill there. She asked me if I can pay cash. I answered yes. Theb she said credit card only. I gave her my credit card and id. Theb she sqif i Will notre hello you. To my surprise, they gqve service to a lady who came after me.

Juan and his supervisor have no respect for people there. Take your business to another location. T-mobile is not appreciating every customer equally.

I speak Creole and these people refused to service me thinking I did not speak English. Many of us speak with an accent here in NY. Prejudice people in there.
