Worst bank ever last week I deposited 300 hundred and the atm only counted 150 and today i deposited 1000 and had 600 hundred and they end up telling me i only have 24 dollar and i never deposited anything everytime and all they say do inquiries for the the second time this week

Customer service at this location is deplorable. Came in today (6/25/2021) Manager refused to help when I had suspicious activity on my account. I asked for the debit card linked to the account to be shut down and a new debit card to replace it. African american female manager flat out refused, told me she is not reissuing me a debit card and wouldnt even tell me about the transaction that caused the compromise.Her rudness is completely unacceptable and while I waited to speak with her I had to listen to her talk very nasty to the customer in line before me. I went to another branch and got the help I needed and a new card as well as very professional customer service. Avoid this location.

Worst bank in the whole tri state area hands down. I waited a whole hr just for them to to tell me they can't help me notarize my paper. SMH THE WORST. These teller makers must of been trained by the dmv employees

One of the worst seed of service drive thru ,, it’s waste of time to visit there I never recommend to any one ,, I believe TD bank can take further action about speed of service,,

This place sucks. I literally wasted so much of my time in there. I couldn't even be served because of how long it was taking. Not to mention the last time I was here the worker wasn't explaining anything to me and made mistakes to my account. They suck im never going there again. Also the ATM wasn't working properly. I'm so annoyed

The slowest branch. Just stood in line for 40 mins. Tellers seem to take their time, conversing with each other and those they assist. Ignoring the line out by the door. This seems to be a problem every time I go.

Service is very very slow. Even if u go drive through u have to Long wait. They should hire more staff.

Lines are always slow, either inside the branch or drive thru. Be prepared to spend your whole entire lunch hour here. Feel free to bring a snack or two while waiting on line.

This branch is horrible. No withdrawal slips. The ATM is not working. You've cut me off at all avenues. Good job. This review is shorter than my usual length because what more is there to say.
