I booked the 9' van at Regency hall, Springfield blvd, Queens Village. I checked in online but the lock of keybox stuck and did not opened despite several tries. I made a call to customer support. They gave me back up codes but nothing worked. all this fuss waisted my precious one hour. later I have to go to Linden Blvd, Cambria Heights locations where a desk representative gave me a 10' truck. nobody gave me a compensation for westing my time and effort.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!! The guy who operates this establishment need to go and sign up, for a coarse in business management and customer service. He has NO MANNERS AND VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!! It would take me a whole day to write about my displeasure with his service and what I had to endure. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE , EVEN IF IT'S YOUR LAST RESORT!!! Feel free to ask me any questions.

0 stars, I called 30 minutes before they were supposed to be closed. The young lady who answered the phone didn't even allow me to ask my question. Just said "we're closed" & hung up the phone. I simply wanted to get some information for the next day. Gladly took my business elsewhere with an establishment with proper phone etiquette.
