Worst postal office ,mail from previous tenants years ago still get put in lobby or mailboxes. Mail that should arrive doesn't or it arrives 3 weeks later . Packages that are due to arrive don't then get told I picked it up at 7 pm when they closed . Who's working and are they even working ? Aren't there laws on how our mail is handled ?

The indian worker has got be one of the rudest person ive ever met. From the start he had such a bad attitude and even tried condeceding me. I am hispanic and since he was already annoyed i guess for having to do his job he went as far to question if i even spoke english.... as if i am not a native speaker. He had a stronger Accent than me and tried to make me seem like an idiot. Terrible Will be avoiding for future purposes.

one of the worst customer service.had passport appointment today waited for almost an hour and when came to counter clerk lady told their photo service is not available which made me crazy.she said we are informing everyone.i told her i have been here i haven't heard anyone announcing that except hearing other clerks speaking in foreign language with each other.Everyone's face looks so angry.I would never ever come to this post office.Stay away from this post office.just getting paid for providing poor customer service.

Regrettably, I had a deeply disappointing experience with USPS during the holidays. I sent a package of significant value to my family, only to discover that it had been stolen upon arrival. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered such an issue, and it leads me to believe that there may be a recurring problem within the USPS system, possibly involving staff.It's disheartening to find that the trust we place in this company to ensure the safe and secure delivery of our mail has been compromised. Sending packages to surprise our loved ones is a meaningful effort, and it's distressing to think that our intentions are thwarted by the very company we rely on for reliable service.I initially considered the possibility of bad luck, but repeated incidents of package theft suggest a more systemic issue. The lack of remorse or sympathy from USPS staff adds to the frustration, especially considering the hard work customers put into sending thoughtful gifts to their families.I hope USPS takes immediate action to investigate and address this matter comprehensively. Customers should feel confident that their packages will be handled with care and delivered securely. I am beyond disappointed in how the system currently operates and sincerely hope for improvements.To those reading this review, exercise caution when using USPS services, especially for valuable items. Unfortunately, it seems that packages may go missing, and this is something everyone should be aware of, particularly when dealing with expensive shipments.

Lost my package from Christmas and said that they STILL couldn’t give it to me now 1/8/24 because of “processing” . I reordered on Amazon and got it the next day from another facility. AWFUL service. Slow and unhelpful.

I am really disappointed with the very bad service provided by this post office. My recent experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, displaying a complete lack of professionalism.Customers were left waiting for unreasonably long periods, with no explanation or apology offered. The employees appeared to be more focused on chatting amongst themselves than attending to the needs of the waiting patrons.

I had the most horrendous experience at this USPS office. Not only did they fail to assist me when I needed help, but they were also incredibly late for my appointment, after a long wait they told me the camera was broken to take my picture showing a complete disregard for my time. The customer service was abysmal, with staff members displaying a lack of interest and empathy in addressing my concerns. It's evident they don't care about their job or their customers. This was, without a doubt, the worst USPS office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.Don’t waist your time and your patience!!

This place is horrible. They need a whole new system. They need to hire more workers. The worker did not take me until 9:30am because "she was too busy doing other things according to the manger Daisy). How unprofessional, no one came out to apologize and explain to me what was happening. I asked for the manger several times and she failed to speak with me regarding the issue. APPOINTMENT time is APPOINTMENT time. You cannot have people scheduled appointment and then take them 30-45mins after, it is unacceptable. I asked for her several times before she came out. She did not care at all if people had other things to do..so unprofessional!!

Horrible location, a government location they claim to open at 9am but never do, workers look like they’re over worked or just don’t care very slow. Today I went again and now the system was down. Post office service for this area is horrible, I have to travel further to get proper customer service and a location that open on time…smh.So many people looking for work including myself, I would love for an opportunity there…however the laziness workers get the hook up.smh

Made a passport appointment for 9:30. Arrived at 9:20 to a closed window. The individual who had an appointment for 9am said he had been waiting since 8:55. It’s is now 9:43 and the passport window is still closed.

Very incompetent and unprofessional staff. Dare I say racist as well? All I needed was a postal stamp. An employee named Tapas said, "You want me to lose my job?" The supervisor--a tall, black man who refused to disclose his name--while addressing a black customer said who simply said that the transaction was something they've done at that post office already, sarcastically questioned him, "Who ya think ya talking to?"THE WORST.

STAFF CC THEFT, I Left My Credit Card There By Accident and All of A Sudden Unauthorized Online Transactions (Nike and Macy's), You have to know someone's address and billing code to pull that off... (hint hint, from on my mail). June 29, 2023 @ 12:26pm. Proof of Receipt Right Here, Too, that this is a legit complaint. USPS needs to go play back that camera.
