Robert was very quick in calling my local pharmacy to get a script transferred asap for an elderly family member's insulin. He was able to call them at 6:58 when the other pharmacy closed at 7:00, he was our last ditch effort to get it. I called back after he called them, and he told me it would be ready in an hour, and it was packaged and ready to go when I arrived. Thank you!

Very slow and rude customer service. Often calling others when the line is all the way down to the end of the store. Not efficient and don’t care about the manner or time they do things in.

Their pharmacy is very slow. Often times there is a very long line and employees just wander around, not caring about the quick prep and delivery.

Waited almost an hour in line to be told my prescription wasn’t ready… waited another 20 minutes OK and had to ask if it was ready Total wait time 1 hour and 30 mins not going back. Horrible customer service and they don’t answer the phone

They wait time is crazy. 99% of the time more than 30 minutes and sometimes 2 hours.
