Pharmacy wait is unreal. I called ahead of time they confirmed script ready to pick up and when I get there I still had to wait for over 30 minutes.

Slow staff. Move and help guests when they want to. Attitude is atrocious on all fronts. Whether it’s pharmacy or regular customer service.

dont come here for vaccines or picking up prescription. pharmacy is really slow and its a problem. go to cvs or to your doctor or even a different location.

I called this store to inquire about my FedEx package that was being held there for me to pick up and the the chick who's name was LORAINE answered the call she was one of the most DISRESPECTFUL customer service person that I've ever encountered...she deliberately hung up the phone on me while I was still talking to her. I called back and she answered the phone... I held my composure and asked to speak to the manager ( Jonathan) who was very apologetic and assisted me... she should not be working in a customer service position...

I purchased address labels online through Walgreens for same day pickup . They weren’t ready same day but they were ready the next day which wasn’t a problem . I received an email Tuesday saying they were ready and I came Friday to pick them up and no one could find my order . No one on shift could even re print it . I can’t come the next day because of work . I needed to mail my Christmas cards and now I don’t have my address labels on time . There was nothing they could do to help me and no one even thoroughly checked . They were all even confused like they didn’t know what address labels are . I didn’t even buy the other things I came to get I just left . This Walgreens is horrible .

Advertised price on a tag, Was misleading… And the manager, instead of honoring the posted tag, she very condescending towards me when explaining the mistake. I just feel Customer Service was not what she chose at that moment.

Waiting on hold for over an hr. Everything the associate Ashley picks up, she put the call on hold. She is rude, disrespectful and super dismissive.

I’m surprised they never replace the management here. Because whoever is the manager is never there and they clearly aren’t providing good service or quality of products. This Walgreens use to be so good and well organized fully stocked now it looks like a struggling pharmacy with less workers on the floor or at the register. They wouldn’t allow this kind of laziness at the other Walgreens only this one. If you have to come here just go as a warning the lines are always long and they barely have products in stock

So I live on this block I come to this Walgreens twice a week . & I also use the atm daily . But no matter what the line is always long long . It’s one girl she has red hair black girl , that’s always going extra hard she’s the only ONE . She’s always at work too dealing with rude customers. She deserves a vacation forget a day off

This walgreens is the worst! They never answer their phones. They keep you on hold, pick up and then place you on hold again! Im constantly having to call them for my pts and the long wait to speak to someone time is ridiculous!
