Placed a order for delivery. They sent the wrong items. Customer service told me I have to go to the store and return the items for a refund.. Thanks a lot... Smh

This Walgreens is the worst. Every time I ordered same day delivery I get 1/4 of my goods. This is my 4th time in this mess with them and the customer service clerk or supervisor gonna tell me well you have to call DoorDash for your refund. Really‼️‼️ this is unacceptable. Why @walgreens offering a service that doesn’t work we paying extra fees and tips to get this bullcrap. Worst store ever.

Very very terrible employees. Came to buy some items and wanted to use the restroom but they lied saying they have no customer restroom. How can I come to spend my money and the restroom is only for employees? Never coming back to shop here.

I placed a photo order on 12/20 for same day pick up. It told me that my order would be ready after 11:20 am. I called once time around 5 the phone just kept ringing no answer. I called back around 9:20pm in regards to my photo order online it said it was still in progress. A young man answered the phone he let me know that the photo machine was down and that they couldn’t fulfill my order because they don’t do that at that store. I jumped in my car to go to the store. I arrived around 9:30 pm I spoke to Sisma ( forgive me for spelling) he explained to me that the printer was down etc etc and they don’t have magnets. I asked why nobody called to inform me especially if I chose same day pickup. He didn’t know the machine was down etc etc. I was beyond frustrated nobody knew when it was going be fixed and he couldn’t send my order to another store. He conversed with the other manager that was there Ashley she said same thing and try again in the morning. I called the store in the early morning machine was still down. Called around 10 to check the status now the machine is working but they don’t know if they have magnets. They called back and they found magnets and I could come get my order. Then they called me back again asking the photo quantity of my prints.and said again everything ready come pick it up. I arrived to the store after work they couldn’t find my photos so now I am on edge. They then called Ashley back over and Ashley called Brandon. Brandon was able to find my photos and assisted me. My prints were missing the envelopes I ordered them with Brandon went got the envelopes for me and counted them to make sure I had enough. So to Ashley, sisma and Brandon thank you for your assistance! I appreciate it.

oh i’m sorry is my condition pertaining to my handicap bothering you? female staff makes a possible rude comment directed towards me this morning while i’m trying to hurry up pay and leave to the point her possible sneak diss comment distracts me long enough to loose $5 then i came back just so they knew it was me and glad y’all were further offended so now both our mornings sour without me saying a word while i paid for my item daring someone to say something then i left. tell your staff to maybe keep their rude mouths shut and do their jobs because if the customers and “both times at that” can manage to keep quiet while i spend literally less than 5 min in the store then so can can your dramatic staff because non of you know any one’s health situations to be making rude remarks because you can definitely go through what i’m going through, first time i ever had an issue enough to leave a review, i swear personally it will always be the employees giving me a hard time vs the customers.

Since the new year, the customer service at this place has hit rock bottom. No one here moves with any alacrity. Deadass. Get rid of the lady at the pharmacy with the blonde frizzy hair. She moves mad slow!!!

dont ever print your pictures here. there is never a worker supervising what is being printed. they wont do the job unless you dont come or call about it. i arrived after a week and they printed a few pics on my job. this was horrible. they should shut down the whole operation! why isnt there a no star rating?

Absolute worst experience of my life. I was coming in to do a return when an employee accused me of stealing the items off the shelves and returning them. Obviously I completely denied that this happened and I told her to check the cameras in which she would see that I did not steal anything. She refused and instead ripped up my receipt so now I can't return my items any where. Completely disgusting.

This Walgreens only gets a star for being in the neighborhood. I call in my prescriptions and more times than not it's not ready or not right. I called at 9:30am my scripts were suppose to be ready after 12pm. I came at 5pm and only some of the scripts were ready. They said they would have the others ready in 20 mins. I came back at 6:30 waited 15 minutes to be told everything still wasn't ready and asked do I want to wait for it. This is my 2nd trip today so I can't trust they will get it done if I don't wait. Is this the treatment people get in other Walgreens in other communities. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. There needs to be better management, organization, or more staff something. This happens 95% of the time I come here whether it is flu season or not. GET IT TOGETHER.

So annoyed that I came all the way down to this Walgreens to waste my time. I ordered online to print documents and I came down to the store to pick it up. I even received a confirmation email and all. Not only was I waiting a while to even get some assistance but the manager/associate that did come weren’t even helpful. She kept telling me that they don’t print documents. I said okay. If y’all don’t print documents then this store needs to be taken off the store locator on the Walgreens website because why have it up there if y’all don’t print. I ended up decided to just print a photo instead so i screenshotted my documents and converted it to images from pdf. I needed this ASAP so that’s why it was crucial that I have this done today. This lady still kept talking about documents can’t be printed and it won’t look good if printed as a photo and if that’s what i wanna do then… just very unnecessary commenting. I know a lot about computers and printing documents. She didn’t even know that the documents was converted to images. I kept asking to have it printed as a photo and she just kept saying they don’t print documents when I’m not even trying to print a document anymore. It was giving lazy at this point because you just told me earlier that you could print photos and not documents. The document was converted to images so what was the problem now. Then she ended up telling me that the document machine was plugged out and that’s why it’s not working. She should’ve said this from jump. Just wasted my time and wasn’t even listening to understand.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. This one black girl complained my shirt then as soon as I said the brand she gave me attitude and over charged me on my items. Then wouldn’t give me my receipt and whispered to her coworker that she would fight me…with hands of god he escorted me out of this store so fast I don’t remember leaving.

This is really crazy place, even security grad has big time attitude, oh my gash ,I can not belive, its Terrible service ,Terrible place to shop.....would never go back here....never.these people they think they own this country, only they can be here............,they are Not even from here,that's crazy small jobs big mouth.

Few weeks ago, I sent order to print photos through T Mobile Tuesday app. They couldn’t find my order, but I always received the reminders from them again and again. Never received send my order to the Walgreens.

If you can help it, go somewhere else to fill your prescription. They don’t answer their calls and after being on hold for forever the call mysteriously gets disconnected. It is so frustrating that at times you have to go into the store only to find out that your prescription isn’t ready and wait until it’s filled. These people will waste your time, moving for I will not fill my prescription here.
