“Had a crack on my Tesla wheel and I came down here and these guys and they had a replacement wheel and got me back on the road with in 20 min . I have had issues with wheels cracking on this car multiple times and I’ve gone to multiple tire shops and either they can’t fix it or they can weld it but here they had a refinished wheel ready to go which no one else has had ….The workers were very courteous as well which is hard to find these days…Next time I need service I know where I am going to go.”
“"I recently had a great experience at a tire shop in Hempstead. After months of inflating and deflating my tire, I finally decided to have it checked. The technician patiently removed my wheel, sprayed water to detect the issue, and found a hidden nail on the edge of the tire. He then used a shop liquid to check for more punctures and found a second nail without a head inserted in the tire. He successfully pulled out both nails and completed the job.
When I went to the office to pay, I was asked to pay $15 for two tire plugs. I was impressed with the transparency and fairness of the pricing. As a local business owner, I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Eather flat or replacing new tire or used .
I highly recommend this tire shop in Hempstead. The workers, manager, and staff are excellent, and the facility is spacious enough to accommodate several cars. I'm giving them a 5-star review. If you don't want to get overcharged for flat tire repairs or used/new tires, use this location. You won't regret it !.”

“I had a catalytic converter theft and called the number for Corona Muffler Shop inside the salvage yards at The old Shea Stadium (now Citifield) automotive parts and service zone. Alberto picked up and told me of his new location at Dragon Tire Shop at 101-12 Northern Blvd. He was extremely communicative (easy to understand with clear English), willing to work with me on time and price. The man took care of business on a Sunday and for a very, very competitive price. He does good, clean MIG welding with a Miller welder. He had the catalyst installed along with a flex pipe and had me up and running in no time. He's got a lift and a pipe bender to make custom exhaust too. He does general mechanic work and his shop sells new, used tires and rims. I cannot stress how good it is to have someone like him running an auto repair business in the neighborhood. He's only a phone call away, willing to put in off hours and works for a reasonable rate. He's also an honest guy and that means you are in good hands, in a pinch and he's going to get you back up and running. All the success in the world to you Alberto! Thank you!”

“Great service and very straightforward. They use a top-of-the-line wheel balancer and provide quality work. Pricing is transparent—generally comparable to Tire Rack prices, with an additional $100–$150 for mounting and balancing all four tires, which is very reasonable.
I’ve trusted this shop with all of my family’s vehicles and have consistently had positive experiences. They are honest and fair, and I especially appreciate that they treat everyone equally. My wife went on her own to have two tires repaired and was charged the exact same price as I would have been.
