I ordered a key chain with an image of my father and I in my graduation. I was holding a teddy bear and she asked me if I wanted to include the bear… I said if it fits that’s fine. She didn’t give her professional opinion and tell me that if the bear was in the picture we wouldn’t be centered and it would look off. (Then keychain is heart shaped) … weeks later I come to get it and it looks like the effort was made to keep the bear (as if he’s a person ) and my father is in the far corner w me in the middle. When I asked if this could be corrected the young lady told me she told me it would look “weird” and that she will send a message to see if they’ll change it but she doubts it. I have to stress … had she stated it would look weird, I would have told her to make it look nice as it a gift for my father. I wouldn’t order again, nor would I recommend to anyone bc the customer service is sub par

Kayla has given the best experience I have ever imagined. She worked with me to get my mother a crystal for her wedding and not only did she recommend the prefect engraving, she had also made sure to pick the perfect picture and personalized it to my mother expectations. Her enthusiasm made me feel welcomed as well as excited to see the outcome of the crystal. If anyone wants to buy a crystal at this location, I would recommend Kayla!!!

Had a great experience at this location thanks to Bella. Ordered a memorabilia for my grandfather, the product came out perfect. She took the time to explain all the options and even showed me how it would look on her computer. Highly recommended!
