I recently purchased a pair of sneakers for my daughter as a back-to-school gift for $300. Unfortunately, our experience with this business was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
My daughter was presented with only a few pairs of shoes since there wasn’t much in her size. She selected a pair, but after trying them on, she mentioned they felt tight around the arch. The manager, Kris, suggested removing the soles, which he proceeded to do. He also reassured me that if there were any issues, I could return them for a refund.
However, after wearing them for just two hours, my daughter couldn't walk comfortably in the shoes anymore. When I went back on my day off to return them, Kris wasn’t there. Another sales associate informed me that all sales were final, which was a surprise because there were no signs in the store or at the register stating this policy.
I explained what Kris had told me, and the associate called his boss, who refused to honor the refund. I reached out to the owner directly via email to explain my situation, and as a single mom, $300 is a significant amount of money to spend on shoes that my daughter couldn’t wear. The owner refused to issue a refund but offered to resell the sneakers and give me an exchange.
I refused the exchange because there were only four pairs of shoes in my daughter’s size, and she only liked the ones we originally purchased. It is infuriating that the owner wanted to resell the shoes for profit but refused to stand by their manager's original statement or refund me.
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and integrity from this business. I would not recommend shopping here, especially if you're expecting fair treatment and policies that protect the customer.

Nice store! They help you with anything you need and there is not 1 shoe they can't find for you. I have built most of my collection by buying from this store and they never disappoint.

On Sunday I placed an order for a Jordan 4 that was over 600, almost 700 because there was no size and it was to be sent this Friday to another country. They were left between Wednesday and Thursday. Yesterday they approached me and the order is not there. Now I'm calling the store and No one answers, I don't have information and that order is needed today since they will pick it up for tomorrow and take it away. It is a lack of respect. If I commit to the customer for something, it is paid in advance. I need to know about the product. If it was left on the day. If not, the return of money

Be aware that they have a all sales is final policy. My girlfriend purchased a hoody that is marked up by 200% here as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit me and I couldn’t even exchange for another size. If you want return customers you have to be flexible with returns or exchanges. Good luck to the owner.

I shopped at the store for Christmas presents for my family and because of the large variety it was easy for me to find everything I needed at one store. The customer service was also great, they were quick to find all the shoes I needed, thanks for easy experience.

I went to go buy some jordan 4s yesterday and and asked the employee if they had a size 7 and he went to go check and I deadass waited there 10 minutes for a response and a group of girls came in and he just started helping them I just left bru never coming to this place ever again

Absolutely ridiculous, borderline predatory pricing. Double the prices of all their competitors for no reason. Please save your money and spend it elsewhere.

I get it they need to make money but these prices are so overpriced especially for what you get. I went in and asked for patent bred Jordan 1s in a 9.5 and they told me $490 when I can buy on goat for less than $300. Great customer service but horrible prices.
