“I don’t think I’ll ever be able to thank David and Randy enough for what they did for me today.
This morning, I somehow managed to make the biggest mistake ever. I accidentally threw my phone down the trash chute with my garbage. The second I realized what I’d done, I felt completely hopeless. I honestly thought there was no way I’d ever see my phone again, but I went to the front desk anyway just to ask if there was even the slightest chance of recovering it.
David immediately reached out to Randy and kept me updated throughout the process. Randy then spent about 30 minutes going through the trash until he finally found my phone.
I can’t thank them enough. Randy’s kindness and professionalism were incredible, and I really appreciate that he was willing to spend so much time helping me recover something that was completely my own mistake. David was also so kind and responsive from the moment I asked for help.”

“Had a fun 2 years living at The Forge! The team downstairs (especially Ben, Francis, and Louie) are incredibly nice and always treated us so well. They absolutely loved my pet and always gave him treats and love, which meant a lot to me. On top of that, maintenance requests were always done super quickly. Honestly it was few and far between since the building is kept so well. They actually really care about the residents with all the programming. One of the best buildings in NYC. It really felt like home and I honestly didn't want to leave! Missing it already.”
