This place don’t deserve 1 star more like 0 star customer service sucks and the workers sucks. Receptionist sucks and I’m sure the owner is even worse close the place permanently. Lenox Hills and Main Radiology so much better and don’t go to Apollo. They don’t deserve any patients.

Went there with my mom, the place was quiet and empty. Got things done really fast. Reception was friendly and accommodating. So was the radiologist.
October 2024
They never send the result. Got MRI on oct 3. Called 10 times, emailed 6 Times. They play dumb, and point fingers to a non-existing department. Never go there if you actually want your MRI images. NEVER.
