I had my iPhone 13 Pro Max battery replaced at this store last year, but the battery failed again after only a year, and the battery life was drastically reduced. After computer identification, their professional after-sales staff replaced it with a battery from Shenzhen Sunwoda. I believe this is the reason for the shortened battery life. Why would Apple use such garbage made in China? Why?

I visited this Apple Store to make a return, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I was standing in line, waiting for my turn, but the employee helped the person behind me instead. I told them that I was there first and asked if anyone could help me, but no one responded.
The employees completely ignored me and didn’t even bother to check what I needed. I felt like I didn’t exist, like I was invisible. The store wasn’t even that busy, so there’s no excuse for not taking care of customers. Their attitude was unprofessional and careless. Is this how a reputable store should hire employees like this? Apple should take action against the employees’ unbothered behavior. I expected better service from Apple, but this experience was frustrating and disrespectful. I won’t be returning to this location again.

The staff here was polite but they couldn’t fix my phones broken screen that was easily repaired by a 3rd party shop and tried to charge me $500 for a 4 year old 13mini under the terms that they kept my old phone that they couldn’t fix. They also had “no way of getting the data” despite the phone still turning on and connecting to it via usbc to read the serial number.

Be careful if you schedule an appointment for a phone repair. I recently brought my phone to this location for a back glass repair and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. When I received it back, the back glass was visibly lifted on one side, the adhesive was misaligned and smeared outside the frame, and a corner screw had been over-tightened — preventing the glass from fitting properly.
On top of that, I found debris trapped inside the rear camera area, a fingerprint on the front camera lens(behind the screen) and even a loose internal metal shield lying freely under the back glass noticed when moving the phone quickly.

I’ve been an Apple customer for years, but my recent experience at this Apple Store was absolutely horrible. The customer service here is beyond disappointing. I walked in with a simple question about a product, and instead of being greeted with a friendly attitude, I was met with impatience and outright rudeness.
The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and when I asked for assistance, I was brushed off. One of the employees even rolled their eyes when I asked for clarification on a return policy. It’s as if they couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs.
What really frustrated me was the complete lack of professionalism. The attitude of the employees was dismissive and condescending. I’ve never felt so unimportant as a customer. Apple should really reconsider who they hire if they want to maintain their reputation. This was a truly disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this location.

I want to thank JP for his patience and awesome customer service. I showed up to the store without a paper receipt and couldn't locate my virtual receipt and JP was able to assist with my refund!
