Always a pleasure to visit this store. The staff are incredibly helpful, community focused, and dedicated to building a welcoming space.
If you don't see it on the shelves, they can often order supplies for you.

Came for a sketchbook and some fineliners. Nice place for art supplies; will definitely come back. The person at the register was friendly and helpful.

Try not to communicate with the lady's partner/husband/boyfriend. The man has a very poor communication technique. I was there one time and I have heard him saying not nice about me. Sorry man, but I can afford. This miserable dependent man couldn't even talk well. Perhaps, maybe he has to hang on with his lady girlfriend/partner. He is a poor business partner and a companion. But, the lady girlfriend talks well. Perhaps, time to ditch him and find another one decent, educated and a good business partner.

I dropped off film to be developed into prints on a Friday afternoon around noon and was told I could pick up the prints Tuesday or Wednesday. I arrived Wednesday evening to pick the prints and was told scornfully “I told you Thursday or Friday” . The man was not only wrong but very combative in his tone and language. I can understand if the prints were not made by the set pickup date but I can not understand the need to act defensively and the attempt to shift blame onto me, the paying client. The man told me I could come back Thursday and I asked if he was positive and he confirmed. He said he would text me when they were done and I left. I walked in Thursday afternoon and the man said “you’re here to pick up the prints aren’t you, I told you Thursday or Friday and that I would text you”. He wasn’t apologetic he was annoyed. I countered he confirmed they would be ready Thursday and he became even more argumentative and dismissive.Regardless of the pick up times that were argued, this is extremely poor customer service. I paid in advance for a service which was not rendered in the agreed upon timeframe and instead of being accommodating or at the least kind about it I was met with contempt and made to feel like I was an annoyance. This is inexcusable.Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

As someone with bad anxiety, this place was amazing. Staff helped find what I needed, provided a warm atmosphere, and even gave me advice on what sets work best, including how to make sure I got the best result from paints. Will definitely come around more often for more supplies. Be sure to check them out if you're ever in the area! ?

Stopped by before Christmas to just browse and ended up buying so many amazing supplies I thought I would only find at big box Art Stores. Super enamorada with the salsa music that was playing as I browsed. Love love love that this space exists in my neighborhood?

Me and my gf were walking by and found this place. She fell in love, the amount of supplies they have is amazing and the owner is the friendliest person you can meet. They offer many classes, we have yet to go but we anticipate it being amazing
