“A bunch of reviews are not kind to Bank of America Atm on Steinway in astoria but the reviews are kinda old and personally does not reflect now as The Atm machines are new and quick to use and no homeless wackos making the limited atm space Home for the night. Its clean. Brightly lite and atms are quick and easy to use , and thats basically what you want when you need some quick bread, just remember if you are using a non bank of America card the fees and surcharges may apply depending on bank card .”

“I have not been inside to see how helpful the tellers and other banking personal are but I do frequent the ATMs often. I feel safe coming here, even at odd hours in the night. There are 2 ATMs indoors with cameras, usually there are short/no lines and it is directly off Queens Blvd.”
“It is kinda confusing because in the photos it says HSBC bank but fortunately it is citizens banks anyway the staff is polite and they help you with your questions.”
“Very clean and modern looking. There is someone that greets you upon entering. No line when I went which is good. The two branches in Main street are like a zoo. If you need Chinese speaking teller, I am not sure if this is a good branch. The only cons is that there they don't provide parking. Recommended if you don't want to spend 1 hour on line on the Mainstreet branches during an pandemic.”

“Yes, it's only an ATM location in the lobby of a hospital, but I feel much safer withdrawing cash from it. There are (2) ATMs. There is a hospital security officer stationed in that lobby vs using an isolated ATM location.”
