It really has been an excellent experience to visit this location, and the the sales representative Miss Sonam has been excellent in detailing the products, she is friendly, cooperative and the best at her job, I would recommend this location to everyone for the visit.

I brought 2 iPhones from this store and 1 of them keep ringing the alarm with no alarm set, also I want to empty my storage. I was told earlier to reset it, then the problem will be solved. That time I wasn’t ready as I needed to make sure to copy my needed items. Today (9/14/2021 @7:00 pm) I went there and told the guy what I wanted to do. He just pressed the reset button and said done and started talking to me back that I didn’t say about the storage. I clearly said I need to empty the storage. When my son gave him the phone, he said “put it on the table” as if we had some disease while he was showing his brief top of his pants. DISRESPECTFUL and very disgusting man… never ever go there again… not even a hello when we walked in there.

Wish i could give them zero rating, These guys are doing fraud, they buy fake Chinese accessories claim them to be real and sell them at the same price as real. Half of the times those accessories dont even work and are defective which they will never replace and make all kinds of excuses, the charge customers 15-25$ depending on how they feel like for a simcard when its free at an at&t authorized store… non of there employees really know any of there plans, are rude and unprofessional. Its a total scam all those 5 star reviews on this page are by owner, his family members and his employees fake accounts who just put fake reviews to make there store look good… should avoid this store at all cost…
