They said they are 24/7 open but which is wrong. I had to drive my broken car and lost my valuable time. Its totally not acceptable

This place is horrible. They held my husband's truck for over a year. We were fortunate enough to have other transportation which is why we gave them the space to do so. They continuously told us they could fix the problem and of course this being COVID time we thought this was a matter of all the back ups with supply, etc because Ford also had a long waiting time.
They lied. They never fixed anything and even got tickets on the vehicle which I will admit they did pay. They promised a new engine for the vehicle and instead installed a repurposed one. New and like new are not the same thing regardless of what you think the quality should be. Their incompetence really showed when my husband took the truck from them and gave it to his car enthusiast friend who fixed the problem in a week. I will admit we gave them too much of a chance but they also took advantage and refused to admit their inability. Don't waste your time here.
To respond to the owner, I'm posting the review now because I had the time to do so. You deserve the bad review for the poor service and I had other priorities. Life has calmed down and the impression your business left on me was so distasteful I made sure that you got the review you deserve. It adds up just fine but for more clarity, not the thick of COVID but the after math when things started to open up again.

And more . When you are going to auto RX please go to the office and state your issue ! You don’t have to wait for an answer like other mechanics do ! Go straight to the owner (ROB)or the Manager (Ray) these guys are doctors for cars ! They will fix your problem for you and I guarantee once you go with an issue you won’t have to come back next day for errors or other problems.
Please feel free to take your car here ! Service is amazing you will feel at home !

Worked with this Shop, honestly, if you Do Not have insurance, this place will seriously hurt your wallet pocket.They are very slow progress, a d look over insurance before a non insurance claim.
