While spending $75 on candles, they wouldn't let me return or replace a defective candle, and even went as far as to suggest it was maybe my fault for burning it wrong. How do you burn a candle wrong? I lit it the way everyone has lit candles since the dawn of fire, and it stopped burning and starting pooling wax an angle to bury the wick which was probably simply installed at the wrong angle. Just refund me the $14 for the love of Christmas -- you're going to die someday and you're defending this company for minimum wage? I've worked tons of retail, it's easy to honor a customer who is obviously not trying to do you dirty. I promise you're only hurting your store numbers in the long run and I hope every employee quits and gets any other job in the universe except customer service. Otherwise the candles smell great, good job.

Love to come to this store and have come before at 6:50pm and they let me in. Today I step by at that same time 6:50 and they didn’t let me in and there were no customer inside so that means they closed the doors earlier than 6:50 that’s disappointing to customers as me another three people were coming in

Reasonable prices and usually has sales. Staff is amazing,helpful and kind. Love this place.

The “Manager” on duty, Nailea, was the farthest thing from helpful. I had an issue using a birthday coupon, they kept telling me “it was used”. If it was used it wouldn’t still be in my B&BW wallet. The cashier went to the back to speak with her “manager” and came back out and essentially said there was nothing they could do and said I have to call customer service. I asked for the customer service phone number, the “manager’s” name and store number. That took 5-10 minutes because the “manager” was “in the bathroom.” Not once during this entire encounter did the “manager” even come out and speak to me directly. So I left the store and called customer service. I spoke to a wonderful woman who was extremely helpful and understanding. The woman from customer service let me know my coupon was still valid and there’s no reason they shouldn’t be able to help me. The woman at customer service asked me to go back inside the store since I was still outside and try and rectify the situation. When I went back into the store the “manager” conveniently was at the front speaking with the cashier. I let the “manager” know that I was on the phone with customer service, like they asked me to do, and the woman on the phone let me know my coupon was valid. The “manager” right away was extremely dismissive and just said no she can’t help me. The customer service representative heard this and asked to speak with the “manager”. When I tried to hand the phone to the “manager” she told me “no, they need to call the store to speak with us”. I let the representative know this and she told me this was not true. The “manager” then proceeded to be extremely rude and unprofessional making multiple comments. “We had a meeting this morning about this and I can’t do anything” “If you came yesterday I could’ve helped you”, “I’m not loosing my job for anyone”, and the list goes on. The customer service representative heard all of this in the back and was outraged and asked for this “manager’s” name. Thank you to the customer service rep who helped me. To this store, you should be ashamed of the “manager” that is representing your store, she’s a prime example of everything a “manager” should not be. As a store manger myself, I would never act this way towards a customer having an issue in my store. I would be appalled with any of my team treating a customer this way. Bath and Body Works clearly needs to invest a bit more in their management training because this encounter was absolutely disgusting. I will be traveling out of my way in the future just to ensure I don’t give this store a penny more than I already have.

First time coming in to puck up my order. It's a cute little spot not too big but people are welcoming and attentive if u need help. But they should have a separate line for pick ups because I was in a bit of a hurry and I had to stand on the line to get to the register like I had to pay for something and I was just picking up. Not fun.

I bought 6 candles. 4 I wanted to return because of 3/10 throw.I was refused a refund of any kind because the candles must be "barely used". I bought them this week. I lit them for 1 night. Couldn't even smell Them. I was about to purchase 6 more candles of the Previous candle that I love. But NOPE.
